Monthly Rentals in Occidental

Great spot! Superb communication took us right to this lovely, peaceful home in the redwoods. Occidental is minutes away and completely charming. The house had everything you need for a fantastic stay, especially the kitchen- everything is exactly where you'd expect to find it. Large spacious Great Room, spotless bathroom, great bed, and charming furnishings. This is not a spot for children or pets which was perfect for us. We had an absolutely wonderful three night stay at this cozy and beautifully styled cabin. The location is perfect, nestled in the woods with beautiful surroundings we immediately felt relaxed. The owners have truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and memorable, and they were super responsive to anything we needed. Our favorite thing was the fire and the hammock, where we spent long mornings just laying together and watching the trees sway above us. The wood burning stove made for the most romantic nights, and the jacuzzi was such a relaxing treat after our adventures. The interior is stunning with thoughtful touches and design choices that made it feel both modern but still cozy and welcoming. We’re already planning our next trip here and definitely for a longer stay. We couldn’t find a single thing to critique. It was just perfect. Highly recommend this gem!

This cute Airbnb is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Sebastopol. It has everything you need for a longer stay, and Terry and Debey made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. They were always friendly and happy to help with anything I needed, which really made the stay even better.

We had a wonderful plan to celebrate our 28th anniversary by returning to the charming town where we got married. Our stay at this lovely rental property surrounded by majestic redwoods was the perfect getaway. The tranquility of the place was exactly what we needed to escape our hectic work schedules. With every window showcasing the beauty of the towering redwoods and a stunning canopy overhead, it truly felt like a peaceful retreat. Aside from the occasional car passing by, the atmosphere was incredibly serene. The house came fully equipped, so all we needed was food. When it was time for bed, we were pleasantly surprised to find the most comfortable bed we've ever experienced in a rental! We opted to pay the extra $25 for linen service, and we were glad we did.
