Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast. Our house is located on a hill in a quiet neighborhood just above downtown Guerneville. The house has high ceilings, a full kitchen, a large deck, and a yard lined with enormous olive trees. It is a five minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants and a twenty minute drive to the Sonoma Coast.
