Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

The apartment is located in an old schoolhouse from the 19th century, it is the old teacher's apartment. The apartment was lovingly renovated and is about 50 sqm. It is furnished in Shabby Look. Direct access to the private garden with seats offers space to relax. The parking is in front of the door. There are no steps in the apartment. There are no shopping facilities in the village.

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two people. In the bedroom with adjoining bathroom there is a double bed which can also be converted into two single beds. The combined kitchen/living room is equipped with a spacious kitchenette. A third person can be accommodated there. Meals not included.
