Fantastic old town apartment directly below the castle

This special accommodation in the best old town location (St. Sebald), including a balcony facing the castle, is close to all the important points of contact! The fantastic apartment is located in a historical, comprehensively renovated half-timbered house from the 14th century. On the ground floor of the house there is a bar, where it is sometimes a little "wilder" during special events and weekends and you can hear the music in the living room. The sofa is not suitable as a sleeping arrangement for sleeping!

First floor apartment near Playmobil Funpark & Nuremberg Exhibition Center

Our 86 m2 apartment (new since Jan. 2024) is located on the ground floor of a 3 family house in Lind (district of Zirndorf) and is fully equipped with laminate flooring as well as modern furniture. The distance to the Playmobil FunPark is only 1.9km, a bus stop is located at the level of the house. The S-Bahn station of the Nuremberg-Ansbach line is in the next town (1.1 km). With this you can reach the main station in only 15 minutes.-Nuremberg and from there conveniently via subway the Messe-Nuremberg.

Ruhig und unweit des Funparks gelegene Souterrainwohnung mit charmanter Terrasse. Unsere 50m2 Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene + 2/3 Kinder oder max. 3 Erwachsene. Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Boxspringbett und im Wohn-/Essbereich befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch (1,20mx2,0m). Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Diese individuelle Ferienwohnung ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang eines Architektenhauses im Bauhausstil. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

Lovingly furnished & very charming apartment (4 rooms with balcony, 125 sqm) in Boho style with many details in a listed villa à la Pippi Longstocking. Very central in the old town center, yet quiet. 10 min. to Playmobil, 5 min. from bus & train station with connection to U-Bahn Fürth & Nuremberg (50 min. The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

Centrally located place. You are in Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen in no time. The U-Bahn [subway] is 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms. You can watch TV in the living room (projector) and bedroom (TV). Wi-Fi is available 🙂 Since I live in the apartment myself, private items are available in the rooms (cabinets, drawers, walls, etc.). I'll provide a few drawers/compartments + half of the fridge - I hope you understand 🤞🏽☺️
