Our 67 square meter apartment is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a 3 family house in Lind ( district of Zirndorf ) and is fully equipped with laminate flooring and modern furniture . The distance to the Playmobil Funpark is approximately 1.9km. A bus stop is located at the height of the house, and an S-Bahn station is located in the nearest town ( 1,1 km ). In just 15 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to reach Nuremberg's main station and from there easily by metro the Messe Nürnberg.

Good access to the city by bus, subway and S-Bahn is about 18 minutes away. Next to the front door is a key safe, so you can check in independently from 3 pm. I no longer live in the house, so it is very important to read all the information before you come. I can always be reached by phone.

Our cozy apartment in stone, 3 km from Nuremberg, is located in the middle of a beautiful garden on a forest path/nature reserve. On 2 terraces you can have breakfast in fine weather or relax next to the Asian garden. Pets are always welcome upon request .... but cost 15 euros for each animal one time .... Because of the higher cleaning effort...

There is hardly any parking space in this central location. A 2-minute walk to the subway and a 5-minute walk to the City center. Only suitable for non-smokers and non-drinkers. There are cats in the rest of the apartment. The room is in an apartment that the hostess lives in and has a separate entrance.
