We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. The perfect base for all outdoor pursuits with maximum privacy in a beautiful, peaceful setting

The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet.
