With the ICW in your back yard you can sit, fish on the longest pier on the island, work(if you must) with availability to charge devices or just relax and have a beverage watching the sun set. Just minutes from the beach, walk or take the golf cart for a day of fun in the sun. After a long day grab some takeout or cook in the fully furnished kitchen and dine on one of the tables outside or inside and watch the boats go by on the waterway.

Remodeled beach bungalow that maintained the vintage charm while adding modern amenities. Three bedroom home is decorated with art from local North Carolina artisans. Enjoy the oversized screen porch, patio and a private lounging pool (2' deep) for your relaxation. There is a gas grill to enjoy local caught seafood. Though the bungalow contains one full bathroom you will likely enjoy the oversized outdoor shower under the towering majestic oak tree from which the cottage is named.

A well-lit living area features comfortable seating, including a sofa and armchair adorned with tropical patterns. A white coffee table sits at the center, and storage is provided by a shelving unit against a wall. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space.

Dog friendly, recently renovated 2 bedroom home (~900 sq ft) - on Oak Island. ~ 0.3 mile to beach. Within walking distance to Publix, donut shop, Middleton Park , tennis courts and eateries. Includes large fenced in yard for fun with family and pet(s) along with outdoor shower. TVs (WiFi w/you tube tv) in living room and both bedrooms . No smoking on premises. Come enjoy the dog days of summer (or any season)! (House is on pilings so must be able to climb stairs)
