In the guest house of about 30 sqm you live comfortably but more compact. Available: apple TV, Internet, electric car charger. Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 persons. Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. Close to nice swimming area and about 2 km to the grocery store & bus stop. In Nävekvarns harbor there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Welcome to the cabin located 200 meters from the sea. The cottage has a separate bedroom and bathroom. Cozy terrace with a large lawn in front. The lovely house is walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking and cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. Här på Ekeby gård bor du nära djur & natur. 5 minuter till närmsta matbutik & bensinmack. 1 timme från stockholm & 15 minuter till Nyköping. Köket är utrustat med två spisplattor, Air fryer, ugn finns ej. Utomhus finns grill med kol o tändvätska. Täcken och kuddar finns men sängkläder och handdukar tar ni med själva. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns så ni städar själva efter er.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
