Vacation rentals with lake access in Nyköping Municipality

We had a fantastic week on the island! The weather played along and the light was just wonderful. Wille and Anna-Karin are very attentive and at the same time reserved hosts. Our two children spent a lot of time with the very friendly dog Bruno and explored the island with him. Anyone who can manage with relatively simple but beautiful accommodation (outhouse, outdoor shower and sink) will like it very much there. Please note that a car must be parked for a fee on the mainland for the period of the stay and that you need a water taxi to and from the island. We definitely want to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage. The view on the lake is simply beautiful, the surroundings perfect for a hike or walk and the house itself very cozy and equipped with everything you need.

We stayed in this cozy cabin for a weekend and couldn't be happier with the stay. Wonderful view from kitchen and living room with which was cozy renovated. Fully equipped kitchen with equipment, dishes and dry goods that pleasantly surprised. Access to sauna, barbecue and kayak. Will definitely be revisited!

Great Location in the nature. We spent New Year’s Eve in the place and it was all cozy and calm. Right at the Baltic Sea with a Sauna and a fire place. Everything was clean and as described. The whole trip was a 10 out a 10.

The second time we rent the place and both times we have had a great time. Great facilities and the location is wonderful!

We had a wonderful week in wonderful weather and very different than we expected - without mosquitoes! The lake can actually be reached on foot in a few minutes and is already visible from the terrace. The house has its very own romantic charm and the evenings on the terrace are unforgettable beautiful. Thank you!

We were family of five in need of the comfortable simplicity, small adventures and complete peacefulness that Anna's cottage with lush surroundings offered. The cottage is a gem, everything fundamentally is available and if you need more, you take the motor boat into Arkösund and shop in the nice grocery store. With amenities catered for, you can relax and play, listen, read, knit, play guitar, jump trampoline, fight a little, swim, eat and sleep immensely. The days are long and time has as well its special time here. We enjoyed ourselves and hope we can come back to a nice brain release. Anna is hugely helpful. Responsive and witty with response when you're wondering about something. We all, 2 adult and 3 kids, recommend the oceanfront cottage with its own deck and boat, with deep missing.

Cozy little home with beautiful surroundings and proximity to the city center.

Great place for a long weekend escape from Stockholm with family, calm and clean place , bit cold for Easter but there is fireplace,would be perfect for a summer weekend, then will be more activities around the water 👍

The accommodation is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt right at home. There is definitely everything you need and also for children there are plenty of toys available. The garden is large and fenced. Here, even smaller children can just be free and play without having to worry. However, you should check for ticks daily. Please be sure to pack a pair of tweezers. The surroundings are beautiful, picturesque and quiet. There are many hiking trails and also the sea is within easy walking distance. There is also a lot to offer here for the angler. Either roam from the in-house rowing boat in the archipelago, or buy a license at the Muskan/Fjättern. Catch guarantee! Emelie is quick to respond to questions and is very accommodating. A broken bike was repaired in the yard the next day! Thank you! One evening we could even watch the northern lights, we will never forget it!😍

Perfect and relaxing stay in a real forest/lake cottage in the countryside. Recommended the Femøre little trekking near the coast and Var Lokal in Gnesta for an amazing beer and relaxed night. The wood for the wood-stove is not included but it's ok.

Functional and homely cottage with lovely large terrace, scenic and peaceful surroundings and close to nice swimming lake. Sörmlandsleden offered a hike at the lake edge. We were very happy with the place.

We had a very relaxing holiday in the best location by the water. The area is very quiet, in beautiful nature and you can easily drive to Stockholm from there. The house is cozy, the toilet (separate toilet and flush toilet) takes some getting used to, but we got along. I can recommend the cottage.
