Heated pool June to September, orangery with space for 10 food guests and adjacent outdoor kitchen. Nice surroundings for walking and excursions. The property consists of a dwelling house (3-5 persons) with kitchen, pool house (4 persons) with sauna and kitchenette as well as a smaller house with double bed (2 persons). Toilet is available in all houses. Sörmland offers beautiful rolling nature and a local food culture with locally produced food.

Cabin built in 2013, 41 sqm with sea glimpse, fully equipped with full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. The cottage is located next to other houses but with access to two individual patios with garden furniture and grill. Outside the cabin there is a hot tub/hot tub for booking. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for families with children or couples wishing a relaxing beautiful environment to stay in. It is possible to swim in the sea from the jetty/ladder, 100 meters from the cabin. Rock bathing and sandy beach are located in the nearby area (car).

Large bright villa with garden full of fruit and berries amid central Nyköping. With walking distance to the main street and harbor You have everything within easy reach of this gem to the accommodation. Here, one or two families with children can accommodate without problems thanks to the four large bedrooms. Everything is top fresh and recently renovated except the kitchen and one bathroom. Light the grill and relax with a glass of wine on the large porch, or take a walk down to the harbor and eat at any of all the cozy restaurants.

Nice community house with pool in the archipelago area of Uttervik. Close to swimming area by the sea, tennis courts and cozy forest walks. Large plot with spacious terrace, sauna and spacious grass areas. Accommodation with double room, two rooms with bunk beds, guest house with two beds and guest house with double bed and sofa bed. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 10 people and living room area. Bicycles are available to borrow to discover the surroundings. 20 minutes to cozy Nyköping.

Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10-minute walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and the possibility to pick blueberries. 10-minute drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Clean before you leave, or buy cleaning for SEK 1000.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

In the summer, the pool is open, and the skateboard ramp is available. The well-planned house is 30 sqm, with a toilet/shower, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and a loft with two sleeping spaces. Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Here you can bubble under the stars. The kolgrill is ready for you. Enjoy a dinner when you admire the fantastic view out towards Bråviken and beyond the Arkösund archipelago. Grocery store is in Östra Husby from Lönö about 20 minutes.
