This old cozy cottage has been recently renovated. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings and with the sea just around the corner. 300 meters away there is a swimming jetty with ladder and about 500 meters there is a sandy beach. We have wood-fired hot tub. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna nearby. The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with fireplace and linoleum floor, kitchen and bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine. A guest house with two beds. Electric car chargers can be borrowed. Here we hope you can create new memories.

Beach house - private sand beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

In the most southern part of Stockholm archipelago you will find our cosy little "bush retreat" at Torö/Svärdsö, 10 min drive from Torö stenstrand (pebble beach). Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.
