Close to road 52, in the middle of the community and a horse feed factory in the nearby area that can be noisy during the day on weekdays, but in the evenings and on weekends it is quiet. Charlottastugan is secluded and offers a peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature and a short walk to swimming and fishing in the lake Yngaren. Now there is also the possibility to rent a fishing boat. Here you live spacious on two floors with a separate guest house with place for two people. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Unique accommodation in rural industrial building turned cozy quarters. The guesthouse de luxe comprises two buildings connected at the hip. The first is the standard guest house, with a fully equipped Kitchen, a Dining area, and a Bathroom on the ground floor, and a Loft that sleeps fourteen in bunk beds upstairs.
