Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Nyköping Municipality

The house has an amazing view over the water and a very large deck with 4 distinct different spaces. Outside kitchen/ seating area/ jacuzzi/pool. Photo’s do not do it justice. The house was clean and very nicely designed. A perfect location to wind down and relax. We will be happy to come back!

It is a unique and engaging house in a stunning location. We very much enjoyed the architecture, the decor, beautiful walks with a view of the water, rowing boat trips,... Highly recommended for any nature and architecture lover. Patrik provided a nice welcome and gave many nice regiotips.

We had a luxury spa weekend in beautiful surroundings! The house is nicely decorated and has large common areas where you can hang out. The view is amazing! The hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with, quick answers to questions. Would love to stay here again.

A great place to stay with kids! The host is nice and friendly. The only limitation I thought was there is no WIFI, otherwise everything is 🤩 perfect!

We had a great time at this enchanting holiday paradise. The main cottage has a lot of history and is cozy and small, due to the spacious conservatory, it offers a cozy retreat in any weather. Also the small second cottage with extra sleeping option. The property offers many seating and resting places due to its extensive terraces. We particularly enjoyed the direct location by the sea, the opportunity to warm up again in the hot tub after a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea and explore the islands by boat. The property is very quiet and is ideal for relaxing, at the same time you are in beautiful Stockholm within an hour. Dick is a perfect host and has made the stay the perfect vacation with his many tips!

Thoroughly recommend. Beautiful open plan, contemporary house but also very welcoming and well equipped. Fantastic outside space that’s versatile and comfortable. We had weather that ranged from heavy thunderstorm to beautiful blue skies and the outside space worked well for both. Multiple open decking areas, pool and outdoor kitchen for the sunny days but also covered area, outdoor fireplaces cosy blankets and hot tub mean you can be outside in all weather. Views are better than photos suggest. Treetop horizon/sunset views from front and the open woodlands behind. Garden is open directly onto the woods - which is full of handmade dens and rope swings. We were visited most evenings by a full family of deer. Nero family were very responsive to all queries - great hosts.

Troels and Helena were super nice hosts, very helpful and accommodating! Their vacation gem was amazing, neat decor that inspired our future vacation home. The location is great, you quickly felt at home and the farm felt private from the surroundings with a jacuzzi that was so nice! Want to add that their neighbor Ulrika was probably among the nicest we met who was so nice and helpful when we arrived and would check in! Plus points for great neighbors!⭐️

Great place to stay for a weekend! Allan was super fast with answering all the questions and helping out. We had a nice time.

Sasha was excellent host, very proactive and thoughtful. He let us use his family's bicycles to ride around, and was very flexible in changing the check-out date in the last minute. Nice, cosy and hommy place, and given the authentic sauna and outdoor hot tub, it was great winter experience ;-)

We liked the place very much, especially the enchanted garden. Communication was very easy and friendly. We would recommend the place.

Beautiful view and nice house. Perfect for hang out with friends and family

Huge recommendation for house, view, location and area! Wonderful place with welcoming and generous hosts. We spent 9 days in the house in high sun and summer weather. It felt like Corsica in Sweden. The house and area have amenities and activities for big and small, from playhouse and area, pizza oven, jacuzzi, SUPs, several terraces and lots of room for two families. The area is filled with lots of swimming opportunities (rocks, beach and source), cozy cafes, etc. Follow the hosts' recommendations for places to visit, such as a boat trip to Öja/Landsort. The archipelago de luxe!

Stayed here for a night in the weekend with my partner to get out of the city, and we had a really good time. The guesthouse is next to the main house but the surroundings are really beautiful and peaceful, and the host is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again for another little getaway!
