In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. Duvets and pillows are available, but you bring your own bedding and towels. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning equipment is available so you can clean up after yourself.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent.
