Nice cabin by Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Lovely 4.5 km running trail around Björsund, see the guidebook. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

Welcome to our house with its own sea plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk Sörmlandsleden which starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and only 20 meters to the jetty and sea bathing. There is also access to fishing and boat. It is possible to use the following attractions: Access to a boat place is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver with fee. Water skiing, Wakeboard and water ring against fee.

Villa Gurli was built in 1912 and in the last year has undergone an extensive renovation to regain its former glory. With a private jetty/boat place, it is also possible to get here by boat. The accommodation is about 1 hour by car from Stockholm on beautiful Selaön, with proximity both to nature and rich wildlife. About 15 minutes away there are both Strängnäs and Mariefred.

Rural paradise by private pier

For those looking for something extra nice, one of the best private locations in Sörmland with its own jetty and wood-fired sauna. Access to kayaks, tennis court and lovely quiet location on the peninsula. Very scenic place. Wing buildings to farm 90 min from Stockholm in very good condition of 45 sqm each as well as two modern bathrooms. Brilliant lake views from all windows. Newly built full-size kitchen. Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
