James was incredibly friendly and responsive. Was flexible to accommodate my friends and I on short notice. The house was incredibly stylish, clean and cozy. The garden was particularly amazing - we enjoyed roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. And the coffee machine was much appreciated. James went the extra mile with providing a well thought out and well designed booklet with clear instructions for check in and check out, guest rules as well as a wide range of recommendations for shops things to do etc. A reasonable price too. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Stay. Lovely quirky cottage, lots of original features but with all the mod cons! The patio and garden was a real bonus and has full sun all day. The location is perfect, we hired a car but the cottage is super close to the train station, and local bus services for exploring Warwickshire. There are canal walks at the end of the road (20 minute walk to the Greyhound Inn at Sutton Stop) perfect for watching the canal boats and river cruisers. David is extremely responsive to messages and all instructions for location and access were spot on! Why book a hotel room when you can have your own space in this lovely cottage - Book with confidence!
