An amazing little cottage. Extremely clean from the get go, which made us so comfortable. Rita was so friendly, making sure we were okay and any problems we had, were immediately resolved. We had a lovely stay at Sally’s cottage with our two young children. The property was well furnished and beds/sofas really comfy. There are lots of nice added features such as blankets in the front room to coat up under. Our children really enjoyed playing in the garden. The bedrooms worked fine for us and we managed the stairs with aid of stair gates. Only thing I would mention is that the toilet is downstairs and away from the bedrooms so this might be an issue for some visitors but we had no problems. Overall a lovely property.

Can’t say enough nice words about our stay in Stratford at #23. The house is exactly what you’d expect from the description and pictures on the App, if not better in real life. It’s location is excellent - 2x parking spaces that are free and allow you to park up and walk to and from all the great local amenities and attractions. During our stay we walked to and from the racecourse, the town centre and the theatre. The house is super sociable, we got an amazing takeaway delivered to the property on night one - no hassle. We lifted some groceries locally and made great use of the kitchen and dining space which flows lovely out to the garden space. The bedrooms are all equally excellent and not a dud room amongst them. Bed linen and duvets and mattresses all high quality and make that difference. Jess is truly a super host - if you stay here go round the corner to the pub on Bull Street, it’s worth it

The flat is well furnished, clean and well maintained and self contained. The appliances are in working condition, upto date and good quality. The flat is in a quiet building, on second floor and is accessible through a lift, which was very helpful. There is a Tesco supermarket nearby which was also quite helpful.

We are a family of history buffs who went to Stratford-Upon-Avon as a birthday gift to my wife. She is a major Shakespeare fan. Just touching the late 18th century exposed beams in the apartment was a pleasure. The rooms are exquisitely designed with modern elements in an historical space. We weren’t even aware until after our arrival that the location of Shakespeare’s last home, and one of our essential tourist destinations, was right across the street. It was an absolute joy to stay in this space and it really added to the ‘Shakespearean birthday gift’ element of our trip.

We had a lovely couple of nights away as we were visiting an event at the NEC, it was a great location with the NEC being 10 min drive away. Accommodation was clean and tidy with car park space for one car. Hosts great communication and very friendly. Just a small thing to bear in mind that there is a pub next door (as very openly mentioned in listing) which often had music on a Fri/Sat and while this does go of at 12ish it may not suit those with younger families. All together we had a lovely time :)
