Excellent choice to stay in Vallarta, good location, very nice house, very quiet place, hosts always attentive, very friendly, everything very clean!, highly recommended.

My husband and I had an amazing three-night stay at this condo and absolutely fell in love with it! The location in Zona Romántica is unbeatable—everything you need is just a quick, enjoyable walk away. The showstopper has to be the rooftop pool. It’s absolutely breathtaking, and the best part? You can order food and drinks while you soak in the views. We spent an entire day up there, and it was pure paradise. The condo itself is sleek, modern, and spotless—truly a home away from home. The only thing to mention is that it’s on the second floor, so there’s some street noise in the living room. The bedroom, however, is totally peaceful. It didn’t bother us at all, but if you need complete silence, this might not be the spot for you. Andres, our host, went above and beyond. We were greeted with delicious margaritas and fresh guacamole—such a fantastic touch! He even helped us book relaxing massages, making our stay extra special. We can’t wait to book this condo again on our next trip

This unit is even better than advertised. It was super clean and well organized with everything you could want. The highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool. We spent many hours enjoying the view while relaxing in the heated pool.

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Excellent hosts. Great location for my need. Easy to cross "main drag" to enjoy beach and restraunts in "downtown" Bucerias......loved the charm of being in area where I was amid the locals. Always felt safe. Charming place. Easy to get transportation. Surely would stay here again.

An excellent place, very nice, private, it is ideal for resting, the other apartments were reserved by very quiet people. Having access to the restaurant of the place while you meet Bucerias helps you a lot! The apartment is super equipped, very comfortable and has everything you need to think about living there for an extended time. It is very close to the beach and close to supermarkets. They give you the best tips and recommendations of the place. Beach umbrellas, towels and chairs lend you to make your stay as easy as possible! We stay with our pet and an infant. This unit isa great place for a short or long long-term stay. it has all the needs required as well as Netflix and HBO. it's street level location, a clean unit, easy walks to the beach, melacon ,supermarkets, Saturday markek (best fresh fruit in PV), an athletic field with large soccer fields to walk or jog in. Carolina is a super host, she responds to any issues within minutes! it is not super luxury, but easily fits all your needs and the price is right. I stayed over 2 months and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

An excellent place to spend a few days with your family, it connects very easily with the beaches of Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, etc. The price is very suitable, the stay is very pleasant. An excellent host.

The house is beautiful, it is very worth it, my children really enjoyed the pool, I highly recommend it for family trips. Hosts are always attentive and helping you with everything.

Really enjoyed staying in this location in Zona Romantica. It was fun to explore the neighborhood and there were many, many restaurants within easy waking distance. The pool area was great, it offered comfortable places to lounge and a beautiful view of the city!

This bnb was amazing, the condo itself was beautiful and well kept. The pools were amazing and views breathtaking. You’re in walking distance of amazing restaurants or a short uber ride away from zona romántica. Communication was very quick and helpful Overall 10/10 I would stay again.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

I had a great trip. The apartment is very comfortable and the building amenities are really nice. There is a well equipped gym and the pool has a full bar.

Excellent place , the practically new facilities,the pools clean , air conditioned , the jakuzis super comfortable temperature and with hydromassage , the swim lane on the second floor with beautiful view we loved it ,the apartment very spacious and very well used the spaces. We had a washing machine , dryer, soap to wash clothes and dishes , good shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms , the location of the place we liked to go to walk to the seawall !.In general, we spent a few days very comfortable ! We highly recommend it .

Brian was very understanding when our flights were cancelled due to weather and I’m extremely grateful that we were able rebook with new dates. His condo is located in the Rivera Molina building which, along with the address, made it easy for our taxi driver to find. The location was easily accessible by public buses as well. The space was perfect for two couples. It has private spaces as well as a kitchen and a comfortable living room and balcony area for relaxing. The location couldn’t be more convenient to restaurants and access to the Malecon. There’s a French patisserie just steps from the entrance where we treated ourselves to something scrumptious almost every day. There is also an OXXO and ATM just around the corner. We felt very safe and were greeted pleasantly by the front desk staff and other residents of the building. We enjoyed our stay in Vallarta and having this modern, pristine apartment to return to every night made our visit even more memorable.

Honestly, the property super, security also 10/10 and the excellent host, I will return to this property !!!! Pool and Jacuzzi excellent location in the building

Despite the time difference due to where Brian lives, he was always attentive to any questions, very kind. The place is very nice, the condominium has very clear rules that must be taken into account. The small beach has many stones. In general, in Bucerias these days, there are many stones, which was not the case a few years ago, to consider. The sundecks are very comfortable, as is the pool. Although the restaurant has limited hours, it is very good and the staff are very, very friendly. Our overall stay was very pleasant.
