Vacation rentals with a patio in Nuevo Vallarta

Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect space for a relaxing vacation! The full kitchen and option to stock the pantry allowed us to make meals at our leisure. The balcony and full length windows made for great sunset views and there’s nothing quite like falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of waves. We highly recommend this condo and both Sean and Jesus were incredibly responsive and helpful.

We spent a delightful 3 months in this beautiful condo! It is bright, with beautiful views of the golf course, mountains and surrounding area. It is well located to grocery shopping, restaurants, hair and beauty salons, etc. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and caring.

We stayed for 5 nights. This place was amazing. 8h floor views omg! My kids 17, 14, 13 and 11 had an amazing time having family time in the patio. shared smiles and laughs together. They were amazed the by 3 swimming pools, they loved the size of the location and the bedrooms. The bathtub in the master bathroom was a hit. Our baby 3 months old was a happy baby there as well. We loved it since the moment we walked in. Would of been a lot easier to have a Nespresso or Espresso machine jeje, since we dont drink brewed coffee. (but our morning drives to starbucks were awesome) We look forward to returning to unit 806 again.

The accommodation was very nice, quiet, no noise, with a spectacular view of the sea, with everything we needed, everything working. I would definitely stay there again. Alexandra was super friendly and allowed us to enter early, and all the condominium staff were very attentive. All the areas were very clean.

The stay was very comfortable, the apartment was very clean and spacious, only that we had complications with the air in one of the bedrooms, which one night did not cool down enough and the bathroom in that same room generated a smell of pipes. What we definitely did not like and did not agree with was that they charged us for the electricity service for "exceeding", in no section of the publication does it talk about that and we were not notified in advance. We really didn't know how we exceeded the use of electricity since we have no idea how much your air or your refrigerator or your TV uses, we didn't even use your washer and dryer, the air was practically used for the nights since all day we were in the pool and/or on the beach. I advise you to check this little detail well so that you do not get surprises like this guy. Guadalupe was very helpful at all times, and the lady who checked us in was also very nice. Too bad about the end

Amazing place, grear condo and excellent people at place.

The arrival at the place is very accessible, and it is located in a very central area. It has all the amenities and the place is very clean and beautiful. We highly recommend it

It's very good, the area is very nice and well kept, the price is perfect, the beds are comfortable, you have to take into account that it is somewhat far from large supermarkets, although there is an Oxxo and pharmacy nearby.

Best place to stay if you have a family. You will be very comfortable.

Yadira always answered quickly and kindly to answer all your questions, she is always making sure that your accommodation is excellent, the place is incredible with a great view of the sea, if you are looking to disconnect from your routine, and live with the family, it is the perfect place. It's definitely a place we'll go back to, but we'll definitely stay longer. Thank you Yadira for being an excellent host.

Excellent beachfront accommodation next to the amenities of the Coto

We had a good overall experience during our stay at the house, although there were some drawbacks that are worth mentioning. Upon arrival, several air conditioners were not working properly (in two rooms and in the living room), which affected us for three nights. In addition, one of them was pouring a lot of water. We also found a scorpion in one of the rooms and the pool was not cleaned during our entire stay. Apart from those details, we really enjoyed the house. The spaces are very nice and comfortable for family living. The location is excellent: close to beaches, restaurants, pharmacies and everything you need to get around easily. We greatly appreciate the attention of our co-host Kari, who was always available, looking for quick solutions and being very kind, even in the face of complications due to the rains. Despite the inconvenience, we spent very happy days as a family and we really appreciated the amenities and the atmosphere of the place.

The house is amazing. It is very spacious, clean, with a beautiful design and everything is very comfortable. We loved the pool, we spent a lot of time there, and the owners' service was excellent, always attentive and very friendly. The house has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The only thing I would improve is that there were some ants in the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is nice. The 3 air conditioners work 100%, so we never felt hot in the apartment. It's clean, quiet and the pool is large.

We loved it, the place is super nice and quiet, the apartment is very large and had everything you need, I loved that it had a parasol, chairs and a super useful cooler to be on the beach, the complex was beautiful, I would definitely come back
