Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Nuevo Vallarta

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Great place, the host is very kind and attentive at all times. It was a family trip with pets and we felt very comfortable. It has green areas everywhere, it was really nice.

Thank you big! Margaret and her staff were amazing! Carmen was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was an extra special touch. We celebrated a 70th birthday and she decorated and had a cake ready as an added surprise. Bonus tip...her cooking was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend you stay in and have her treat to you with a good home cooked meal! Great communication from the very beginning with Margaret with fast response time. We love visiting PV and will definitely keep Margaret and this listing in mind when we come to visit again!

The home and property were amazing. Everything was as expected and better from the pool area to the rooms on the lower level. If there was an issue or concern, it was addressed one way or another. The beach is also only 30 seconds away from the home. Couldn't be better. Would love to stay here again!

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

The place was just like the photos, a very quiet and pleasant area. The condominium was super clean and scented, we loved the bath soap and shampoo! Everything was of excellent quality, we will definitely return!

Spectacular place. The view is breathtaking can’t beat the location. The condo was clean and very kiddo friendly the pools were amazing and warm. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

This place was incredible

I went for the sole purpose of disconnecting from the work day and relaxing on the beach with my boxer dog, and it was achieved! The loft is beautiful and super suitable, it has everything you need The condominium staff at all times are super friendly and respectful. obviously there are rules and you have to take care of the facilities but both me and my dog treated us super well. has easy access to the beach and is a very nice beach perfect for swimming and walking Diego was aware that everything was perfect and he didn't miss out on any details to make it so. He's an excellent host. I would definitely go back, spend a few magical days.

The apartment itself is beautiful! Great views from the balcony The rooftop space is unbelievable!!!!! We spent most of our time by the pool we would definitely stay again!

Place was beautiful and had 2 balconies on opposite sides of the condominium which was great as we got beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset every day. Place was fear and very well taken care of. Can’t really ask for more when you have an ocean front property and the ocean is a few steps away. Description of the property was spot on. My family and I will definitely be looking at staying at this property on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta and have shared the information with our family and friends. Excellent place and highly recommended. Aldahir is a very good host. There was everything you needed to have a good stay. The pool is great and the building staff are very friendly. We definitely hope to return! The beach is just a few feet away and the area is very quiet, plus there's plenty to eat!! I recommend it at 100.

We loved our stay!Exactly as described. We had a 14 passenger van and was able to make it with no problem ( if you know how to drive in Mexico you can make it down the dirt road) The small neighborhood was also welcoming with a small store that made it very convenient not to go all the way to town, they have drinks, snacks and ice. We also elected to have assistance with breakfast and dinner to truly enjoy our time here. depending on the month you visit its Houston humid. We were comfortable for a few days with our air conditioner but he made it easy to have access once we wanted it. Plenty of dishes/cookware, cups cutlery, towels. This was an amazing option for our family to stay together and have quality time. We also got a great recommendation for a boat tour and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return.

Excellent condominium, everything was very clean and tidy, we were in constant communication on our arrival. As well as the publication is the condominium. I highly recommend it.

What a beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed place to call home for 10 days! Michelle was very responsive to all my questions, especially as with regards to internet service, since I had to work during most of my time there. The views are breathtaking, as others have pointed out. The pool area is probably the best I've seen in PV, comparable to Pinnacle's or Pier57's. Highly recommend this unit for a short-term or long-term stay!
