Nuevo Vallarta vacation rentals

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

Excellent host. He was very attentive, only the apartment has practically three floors not suitable for someone with a wheelchair, it was clean except the laundry room had sand and they mention in the directions that you can't enter the apartment with sand, in general we were very comfortable.

Amazing experience! The place was spotless with clean facilities and easy access to Vidanta. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and we were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — such a convenient touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

You’re right in front of the beach, gorgeous view, well-equipped kitchen, awesome shower, great bed, and the best part turned out to be the massive pools and jacuzzis with up front views of the ocean and the mountains. For a reasonable price I think this is one of the best in PV

Patricia place is amazing. Very clean and quiet. Cold AC and a balcony to view the surroundings. Pools are beautiful and refreshing and restaurants are all in walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

I would like to take a moment and thank Joaquin and his team. Joaquin made the check in/out process very smooth. I had a great experience during my trip to Nuevo Vallarta/ Nuevo Nayarit. This location is very private and secluded, the best part was that we could walk down to Vallarta Adventures every morning and observe Dolphins at no cost. Also the Amenities were great, from the pool to the gym. Without further-do if you are looking for a location near Sayulita and Puerto Vallarata this is the perfect spot. One last thing this place is extremely safe, no one can access the building unless you are staying there or work there. Thank you very much Joaquin, hoping to come back soon.

Excellent location, lots of security inside and outside the condominium. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and quiet, if you're really looking to rest, it's the right place.

Amazing view and roof top area with a gym. We had almost the whole building to ourself. 3 minutes walking to the beach and close to anything anyone would ever need. I did for some reason think it was a 3 bedroom as the 2 bedroom sqft is a little tight but amazing set up none the less and would highly recommend as well as great hosts and building staff

Tucked inside a quiet, secure gated community, this Airbnb was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability. The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and tastefully decorated to make us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is great—just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The host was super friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. If you're looking for a relaxing, budget-friendly stay in Nuevo Vallarta with a touch of local charm, this is it. We'll definitely be back!

The place is just perfect The only detail that I personally see is that it is a bit far from the "main" beaches (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN CAR, AND YOU DO NOT WANT UBER). Apart from all that, it is simply a perfect accommodation and I would definitely stay there again. It is also larger than what you see in the photos, the air conditioning is very good, the privacy between the rooms and the bathrooms is good, the pool is a very good and comfortable size, and it apparently has its own heating. The kitchen is better equipped than many things in Mexico City. The decorations and in general the architecture is very good. The armchairs and of course the beds are very comfortable to sleep and stay in, the screens are also of suitable sizes I, in particular, for cases where there is no transportation and to avoid using Uber or similar, would add a bicycle to be able to quickly go for small things to nearby stores But... 10/10 🫶🏻
