Where you can go along the beautiful Carrocero river pedestrian walk to find shops, pubs, restaurants and everything you need. It is 3 km from La Cuesta Golf Club and 1.5 km from Toró beach, although it is not the only one beach in the surroundings area because you can visit almost 30 impressive beaches.

The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system.
