We had an event near Margarete's place, at all times we were well located, great restaurant and bakery practically next door or 4 minutes by Uber In addition, Margarete is great sending all the information by phone, suggesting places, responding quickly and best of all, left an impeccable house for us, where we felt comfortable, with a clean place, games, good internet and very spacious Kitchens and bathroom also a wonder to use

Mrs. Detinha is a sweet person, she always welcomes us very well, we feel at home, I am already a frequent guest, I will be back soon!

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations... an excellent place for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Impressive silence, the house is super nice, everything is very well maintained. Anyway, we highly recommend it!!!

At Léo and Tati's house, you are not only well received, you will be WELCOMED. Communication is quick and easy, the space is as pictured and quiet. Dogs have the whole yard to themselves, to make them feel at home. I've never had so much attention and communication with any host, neither before nor during my stays. And even before my arrival, we had already agreed on a menu of vegetarian meals that I could hire with them. And I already miss the meals! Tati is perfect in the kitchen, in the combination of textures and surprised me very positively - the meals were divine! My dogs and I spent days of rest and relaxation there, without any worries! It's really worth staying with them!!!! Once again, thank you very much! 😘

Mara's space is beautiful, well-equipped and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication is quiet and fast. The location is excellent. Would recommend.

Geraldo was very attentive throughout the process. Always very kind and in a good mood. The house was clean and we were able to enjoy our time in it. The view is stunning and the neighborhood is quiet. I will certainly recommend it to friends!

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Vitor always responded to our messages promptly and the house is more beautiful than in the photos. Every corner was decorated with love. Beyond the view is wonderful. Even washing dishes is easier with the view <3

I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. It was an amazing experience! 5/5 stars. Total privacy in a space with a spectacular view, super clean and organized; the bed and bath linens are new and of great quality. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary utensils. Amenities and some treats surprised me positively upon arrival.

I loved the stay in the apartment. Everything was impeccable and I would definitely come back again! Very clean, tidy, with good infrastructure, well-equipped (even a steamer, it had one!), very careful and attentive hosts! They even put toiletries! The apartment is also well located, in a residential area, very close to Savassi!Highly recommend and would stay other times! Thank you!!

Everything was wonderful just like our other stay. Such a gorgeous view from the balcony and window, so peaceful, and the host is very quick with responses. Very safe location with restaurants, grocery store, pharmacies, hospitals all being walkable.

The apartment is very comfortable and new (renovated), well-equipped kitchen. Located a short walk from the main restaurants, as well as being very close to a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and car rental. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of co-host Danilo and the good experience we had in choosing this apartment.

We stayed with family and friends and enjoyed them apartment very much. It is spacious, well located and comfortable. If you’re looking for a place near the city centre, it may beer a bit far, but easy to reach with Uber for example. The neighbourhood is very live, full of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the place.

Fatima's apartment is just perfect. Every detail was chosen with extremely good taste, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The kitchen, large and spacious, is ideal for those who like to cook and the living room is perfect for resting. The outdoor area is a real invitation to relax and enjoy. The building is a charm apart, with attentive doormen and a super practical garage. A really special experience in every way!

Excellent stay, the apartment is great, well equipped and well located. The building staff are extremely kind.

Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
