Amei staying with Renata, everything was perfect, not to mention the wonderful decor of the apartment, all impeccable. When I return to BH I will stay with her again.

Super new apartment, has all kinds of utensils, iron and ironing board, wardrobes with hangers, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker, i.e. complete kitchen, TV, air-conditioning, bathroom with all amenities, spare blankets, super recommended accommodation, it was worth it, I felt at home.

Beautiful apartment with incredible view, well located and very clean and comfortable. The hydromassage is a super plus! Lili received us very well during the check in and was very attentive and responsive throughout the stay. It would be there again for sure!

I was in doubt once again Hotel or Airbnb, so when researching I did not hesitate and booked with Priscila in which I gave all support , extremely functional AP,Next to everything , Shopping city , Fair , Bus Station less than 600km Not to mention the impeccable cleaning making the stay more pleasant...

I don't even know what to say because I loved every detail of the place. Amazing decoration, everything clean, well organized, functional, practical and full of amenities. The place is very strategic and close to everything. André is very kind, caring and worried, extremely kind all the time. The energy of the place is wonderful and I would highly recommend the accommodation. Rural became my favorite place.

Really beautiful place. Had full amenities, and is right next to the "lazer" section which has a full gym, pool, jacuzzi, and rooftop with amazing views. The view from the balcony is incredible. The neighborhood is nice. There is a grocery store across the street and some cafes around. It is also pretty close to the Mercado Central and Mercado Novo which are good tourist spots. Roger and Gabriel are great hosts and very receptive. Gabriel personally toured me around the building when I arrived. I really enjoyed my stay.

It is a building in the heart of BH, a true heritage of the city, very well located, with everything around, safe, with polite porters, helpful and gentle residents. The apto is ideal for two people, has a structure to accommodate well, I really liked the experience, stayed 30 days there and already felt at home and Evandro is a very good host! I highly recommend it.
