"We had a very pleasant stay. The house was very clean and smelling. The highlight is the third floor, with an excellent leisure area, including barbecue and swimming pool. It is important to note that the leisure area is at the top, accessible by stairs, which can be a point of attention for those who have difficulty in locomotion or reduced mobility. The bed and sofa are very simple and could be more comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The gourmet area of the pool is shared with the host's house, which was very attentive and respectful of our privacy. However, if you seek 100% privacy, it is important to be aware that the space is shared, but this has not hindered our stay at all. In the leisure area, there are security cameras, wood-burning stove, grills, freezer, a hammock to relax and a great shower."

The Berthold space is extremely good, has privacy, is quiet, quiet and spacious and the place is complete and very well skipped, the location is privileged, one of the best neighborhoods of BH and the surroundings have everything close as a market and pharmacy. I highly recommend the stay.

Cindra is one of the best hosts I've ever stayed with. I and my group feel very welcome at their place. The house fulfills what the listing proposes and Cindra was very efficient in providing us with some extra aids. I recommend too much, I want to return to Belo Horizonte and stay there again!

Ana Luiza's chalet experience was very nice! One of the highlights is the excellent internet connection, which allows you to make a quiet home office on the balcony, taking advantage of the beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and, for any last minute need, there is a bakery/shop at the concierge. The place is safe, and the host is attentive and friendly.

First, Leonardo is an extremely kind and flexible person. His site has a private entrance, does not have access to other houses, is a quiet environment, the house presents all the necessary items for the stay, in addition to presenting flawless cleaning and clean and new sheets.
