I had a fantastic stay! Rodrigo was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions that made everything seamless. The place itself was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. I’ve already recommended it to friends and am looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend.

Everything was as advertised. I stayed for just over a week. Internet was strong. AC worked well. Location was very convenient. No complaints. 5 stars.

Your stay with the hosts was exceptional. Quick Checkin, accurate communication, very good accommodations. The apartment was very clean and organized. It is complete, from household utensils to wash/dryer. The neighborhood is peaceful. The building has its own garage. He had a truck, which took a bit of work to maneuver, but not impossible. Medium and small cars enter perfectly. I recommend and would be on-site again.

We stayed at Marina's apartment in January 2025. There were four adults. We loved the apartment, super well decorated, complete, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen and laundry area. Everything is spacious, airy, pleasant. Communication with Marina was great. We had everything we needed in the apartment and during our stay. Good location in a residential neighborhood, well wooded and with shops nearby. We will recommend it and would love to return to the apartment!

Great area

The apartment is very well located, organized, airy, well equipped and pet friendly. As we went with a child, one aspect that caught my attention was the locks on the doors leading to the balconies, despite them being quite high even for an adult. Since it has no protective screen, it was an excellent solution for those with small children. The team that works in the building is very friendly and helpful, we were super well received. Due to the good location, it is easy to go anywhere in the city, as long as it is not during heavy traffic hours. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

I was very pleased with the apartment, which was exactly as shown in the photos, it was absolutely clean and with all the items as mentioned in the listing and plenty of privacy. The location suited me very well. It is in a quiet area, very close to all services. Gilcilaine was extremely attentive, responding quickly. Including quite understanding with my arrival time that was very complicated, due to flight cancellation. I recommend the apartment and will certainly return if I have to take a new course nearby.

It was our second time renting this apartment and this time we stayed here for 4 months. Everything went very well. We love the strengths of the apt: it is wide, has a good service area, has 2 full bathrooms and the main one - it has enough work tables for 2 people who work from home.

Great stay! Several bars and close to everything. I recommend only to those who go to the hotel to bring some items if you want to order food. Cutlery and plates, for example, were lacking. Other than that, everything's perfect.

This flat is located in the best spot of Belo Horizonte. It is very well equipped and decorated. Caretaker Margareth has been very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend to others.

The apartment is extremely well located, with a supermarket in front, and several restaurants. The lobby of the building is very kind and helpful. Pude enjoy the comforts of the condominium such as the gym and the ballroom. Ana was very present in all our communications and helped us a lot with our needs.

Beautiful apartment that looks more like a house. We traveled on the Easter holidays as a family and there we met other family members. We were comfortably accommodated in this cozy apartment which is very well decorated by the way. It doesn't feel like you're in a capital because of the silence. It has everything that the listing describes and is more beautiful than in the photos and bigger than it looks. We had a lunch for many people and the utensils and pans were more than enough. I highly recommend and we intend to return!

Great apartment, great host, great location. This place was clean, centrally located in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and has a fantastic view of Praca da Liberdade surrounded by beautiful Belo Horizonte. Can't wait to return.

We had a great stay! The space is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and well located. The host was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The only observation is the quality of the internet, which could be better. For those who need to work or depend on a more stable connection, it may be a point to consider. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend the venue!

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!
