Vacation rentals with a sauna in Nova Lima

Apto comfortable, clean, and very well equipped! It is the third time I have stayed in this apartment, and from the beginning I was very well received, by Dani and the people of the gatehouse... Whenever you return to BH, I know where to stay....

The stay was impeccable, with a faithful accommodation to the images, well structured and extremely practical. I recommend it to everyone who seeks comfort combined with a touch of sophistication. No doubt I will return on future occasions.

Joao and Edson made me feel very welcome. And the couple of issues I had with the apartment, they were very responsive and proactive to correct. I would gladly stay here again.

Ricardo was a great host - always giving us timely carnaval and neighborhood tips, extremely responsive, very accommodating. The apartment has everything you need as base station to spend some time for leisure and work in BH, at a walkable distance from most of the cities main attractions.

Excellent accommodation. The hostess was super solicitation and the area of the apartment is great and super safe.

Great place, in a awesome location. Walkable to restaurants, supermarkets, clubs, bars and a shopping center. The building has a good gym to use too. Place is clean and relatively new. Strongly recommended.

Simply spectacular! The apartment is luxurious in every detail and the view… without words — breathtaking! One of the neighbors even commented that it looked like the “Las Vegas apartment”, and it's not an exaggeration. We were super comfortable and impressed with the good taste of the space. Léo, our host, was sensational — attentive, helpful and always available to help. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

The house is excellent! Fairly comfortable, and the outside area is very good for making events with friends, is worth the price.

Very well equipped place. Full structure

I really liked the ample space, which provided a sense of comfort and freedom for my family. Everyone felt at home, with the possibility of enjoying moments together in the leisure area, with an excellent swimming pool and sauna. The house has a large area, with spacious rooms, a full kitchen and modern, well-equipped bathrooms. It was truly a pleasant and peaceful stay. Also, the hosts were exceptional! Geovanna was super attentive and always willing to help. Juciano, when a small problem arose, took care of us promptly and solved everything very efficiently. We are very welcome.

A wonderful place to rest, my 2 dogs also loved, plenty of space and comfort, wonderful and huge hydro, super attentive and friendly host! Pertinho da Lagoa da Pampulha and a very good bakery too. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful condominion within a wildlife nature preserve, it was a wonderful week. I highly recommend Luca's place if you want to be in a quiet peaceful neighborhood yet close to all the city's events. If I'm back in Belo Horizonte I'll definitely stay at Luca's home if it's available. Thank you

Super recommend. Excellent property, in a super quiet and safe place. The structure and furniture are of quality, very faithful to the photos of the listing. Rosângela is very attentive, responds quickly and sent a portfolio of all the items they have in the house, as well as other instructions.

Spacious house with leisure area. Great location, easy to find, pharmacy, supermarkets and accessible restaurants on foot. Leandro is an easy to handle and helpful host, making us feel free to enjoy the space.
