Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nova Lima

A charming place! I went with my family and everyone loved it! Extremely impeccable house and outdoor area. Great option for kids to play. Not to mention the pool, which is large and well located. José Mauro was very nice and helped us with all our questions. We'll be back for sure!

Check-in and check-out were easy. Quiet place for rest. The cats did not bother or cause any trouble, but the house itself, especially the living room sofa, has a strong cat smell, which may bother those who are more sensitive to smell. The house was clean, with clean towels and linens.

Great house, comfortable and impeccably clean, clean linens and no mold or anything that could bother allergic people. Lucca was attentive and helpful. The condominium is safe, quiet and even has an internal market. We had a disagreement about pool heating, but the owner made the correction in the listing. One detail that is not very evident in the photos is that the environments are less integrated with the barbecue area in the garage, but it was not a problem. Apart from the problem with the pool, it was a great experience and I recommend the place.

Grandpa Paulo was a great host. Since check in, always very polite and helpful. The house is excellent and surprised us positively! In the outdoor area there is a heated pool and a SPA with hydromassage aquecidissima. The children enjoyed a lot, even though they didn't have a lot of sunshine. It has a stretchy bed on the lawn that had a lot of fun. Both the outside and the indoor area have space to cook and hold meals. There are four suites, two upstairs and two downstairs. The house has two social baths, one next to the TV room and another in the outside area. The view is wonderful and Grandpa Paulo was very helpful and friendly. We went to New Year's and Grandpa Paulo pampered us with a sparkling wine. The house with clean towels and bed linens. Everything is very well organized and clean! We left already wanting to schedule our next trip! We like it so much!

Our stay at Juliana's was exceptional. Starting with the host's attention and politeness. Very helpful, she responded quickly and kindly. Your accommodation is extremely pleasant, very well located, quiet, spacious, very clean and well equipped. In addition to the interior being very pleasant, the residence has an incredible leisure area, with a good barbecue, industrial stove, stove and wood-burning oven. In addition to a heated pool, which was very clean. Also noteworthy is an orchard with fruit trees. The house is in the best region of Vale do Sol, close to the best restaurants, bakery and shops. Me and my family felt very comfortable in the space, very well maintained.

The apartment exceeded my expectations! Everything was impeccably tidy, very clean and well taken care of. It is a new, modern and extremely comfortable apartment, ideal for spending quiet days. I felt at home from the first moment. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Thaís' apartment is a mimo!!! Cheiroso!!! Clean!! Very nice !!! Well ventilated and illuminated!!! The other residents of the very friendly building! Collaboratives!!! The lady who stays during the day taking care of the common areas of the building is very friendly!!! Thaís is a super courteous host!!! My felines loved it !!! That's it and it's very important to me!!! For I can leave more safely and quietly!!! I loved my stay and hopefully return to BH !!!

Celso was an excellent host, helpful and helpful. The apartment is melho than in the photos and is next to ItauPower Shopping and close to Big Shopping, where it has self-service lavandeira. The condominium has a concierge, swimming pool, gym and an Okeo mini-market (self-service) where you can buy everyday things without having to go on the street. Easy access to the main metropolitan routes. In view of the other accommodations I have researched in the region and the fact that the neighborhood is in an industrial/commercial area, Celso's environment is a find. I highly recommend!

A valuable find: Host Virginia is extremely attentive, patient and concerned about providing us with the best stay. The house had everything we needed and the location helped a lot, as we went to Lagoa da Pampulha and it is a journey you can do on foot (to access the lagoon). Market, bakery, restaurants and açais very close to go. We are very happy with the experience!
