Nils and Mette are absolutely lovely people. The cabin is on a beautiful farm with a view of the fjord, very dreamy and beautiful. We had a lovely time there and would love to go back some day. It is quiet, relaxing and a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend their cabin. They also let us use their other cabin to chill which was right next to the fjord - perfect sunny day for fjord swimming. And yes - the fresh chicken eggs were pure nostalgia for us because it is so rare to get them in cities.

Just arrived home to Ireland after 10 days spent in the infinity panorama cabin. What a wonderful experience. We travelled as a family group of 6, all adults, ranging in age from 21 to 76. We have travelled much and this cabin was easily up there with the nicest accomodation we have stayed in. The location is remote making it peaceful and serene, so much so that we found ourselves not wanting to leave! However it is only 1 hour drive into the centre of Oslo so lots to do once you have carsZ Locally, there is a beautiful indian restaurant in Vikersund which is 30 mins away where there is also a great supermarket. The cabin itself is uttely breathtaking. The location and views are exceptional. The facilites are perfect with the best of everything provided. The beds are excellent. Hosts are exceptionally friendly and obliging. Only one thing that we felt would have made it better and that was a 2nd toilet. One of our favourite holidays ever, enjoyed lighting the fire pit in the evenings.

Great cabin with nice amenities. Lovely view to Gaustadtoppen! There were 9 of us and found the cabin spacious anyway. Ski in ski out to the ski slope was great. Cozy host and nice communication.

We spent an absolutely magical few nights glamping in the tent. It’s such a peaceful and stunning place. We loved the private beach and use of the canoe - which we even took to the nearby shop which was a first for us! The tent has everything you could need and Arild was such a lovely host and went out his way to help us. Thanks again and we can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful place in the middle of nature. The cottage has everything you'll need. Rune is extremely helpful and quick to respond. We felt completely at home. You can catch perch and trout in the lake; there are a lot of blackberries (nice for the pancakes), a blackberry bush and plum tree, delicious! There is a compost toilet and the water from the tap is not drinkable; but there was water in jerry cans ready. You have to assemble the shower yourself (hot water in a container and attach the automatic shower) but has its charm so outside showering in nature

The lake side cabin is just beautiful. The cabin is rustic with modern touches with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are picture perfect. Outside you can make a fire and sit on your own private part of the beach/lake front. You also have the use of your own red row boat. You can hire a motor boat or jet ski, and visit various fun platforms in the lake lagoon. We were lucky to get a sunny day on the lake and it was one of my favourite family vacation days ever! Michael was a great host. His recommendation for a local hike with our 5 year old was perfect for us.

Super nice cabin, next to the slope. Really good disposition of the kitchen and living area. Good for two families. Nice with the sauna and EV charger at the cabin. At the morning you can sit in the kitchen and watch the sun rise over the Gaustatoppen. And the kids can use the front of the porch as a slope for playing and using their sledge.

We enjoyed staying at Isaac's place very much. Isaac was very friendly and accommodating. The property is nice and offers everything you need. The surroundings and the river were also beautiful right next to it. All in all, a beautiful experience.
