The cabin is spacious and can room 3 families/15 people. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, a wine cabinet, 1 coffee machine, 1 luxury oven (De Dietrich) and 1 steam oven, as well as an induction top. There are plenty of utensils for cooking including plates, glasses, and cutlery. There is a large lounge centrally in the cabin as well as an additional TV room, which makes it easy to retreat a little if there are several of you together. There is a separate room for your ski apparel including ski shoes and helmets. The sauna has space for 4-5 people. Electric car charging is available. The cabin is energy efficient and uses geothermal heating with hot water in all floors. Normal consumption should not exceed an average of 100 kW per day. Consumption above this is paid additionally. Apartment in a new cabin in Holtardalen

Apartment on the ground floor of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 m above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. The cabin is located at 1000 meters above sea level right by the downhill slope in Holtardalen with ski in/out. Cross-country ski trails in Silkedalen are only 200 m away, or slide down to the trails at the bottom of Holtardalen. In summer, it is right out in great hiking terrain. The nearest shops are 10 minutes away by car to Rauland city center. Cleaning of the cabin can be done by yourself (description in the cabin book) or at a cost of NOK 1500 (cleaning company) Check-out is at 1 pm, but can also be agreed at a later time if there is no new ongoing rental.

The cabin is located in the middle of the fantastic Rauland Ski Resort. <><><> The cabin appears to be very delicate and inviting and is very rich with all its facilities. <><><> Around the cabin there is a large and spacious terrace of 70 sqm with fantastic sun conditions and a magical view. Here you are invited to fireplace, relaxation in the hot tub and cooking in the outdoor kitchen (pizza/gas oven) <><><> Very idyllic and good location. <><><>

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and dishes. Small cottage located on a farm with stunning views of the Totak lake and the mountains. We live in one of the houses on the farm. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

Apartment Grønlid

Grønlid house, or "the house on the green hillock" as its meaning says, is located in the center of Rauland, near the main road, which makes it easy to find. Even though it is centrally located, it is also very silent. Nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes walk so you can let your car parked in front of the house for free and have yourself a nice short walk. And not only short, there are several beautiful hiking trails, which I will gladly recommend. Nearby is also a public sauna and pool for your evening relax.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.
