The house is less than an hour's drive to: Bø with summerland and climbing park Kongsberg with Silver Mines and Alpinsenter/Ski Center Rjukan with world heritage, water park, climbing park and Gaustablikk with alpine and cross country skiing Gaustatoppen, Lifjell and Blefjell To Notodden with Bluesfestival, Stavkirka, Telemarksgalleriet and World Heritage there is approx. 30 min drive. It's just a matter of picking and choose in experiences and tours or to enjoy quiet days and the good life in the countryside.

Cozy cottage with an idyllic location and fantastic views. Beautiful Tuddal, Bondal and Gaustatoppen as hiking areas. The cabin has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and living room in open solution, bathroom and toilet room and sauna. Inlaid electricity, water. The cabin all for themselves and makes for tranquility, good times, family life, play and fun. There is a private parking space for 2 cars and path from here and up to the cabin - about 150 meters and 4-5 minutes to walk. The path is right behind the parking lot and runs through magical forest terrain - both summer and winter

Cozy year-round cabin on Blefjell

Enjoy yourselves with family and friends in peaceful surroundings. Here are good hiking opportunities both summer and winter: Walking distance to marked hiking trails and a large network of prepared ski trails. Small ski slope a short drive from the cabin. Blefjell has many fishing waters (buy a fishing license) and is rich in blueberries in the autumn - also around the cabin. Two bicycles and helmets are available. Take nice short trips to Blestua or Gvelven Kro and further on the bike path in the blueberry forest.

Our cottage is new and has a very high standard. The decor is modern and good quality. The cabin has a natural colour scheme inspired by nature's colour palette. Floor heating cables provide a comfortable warmth throughout the cabin. There is a separate bathroom with a bath and its own toilet. We are keen for our guests to sleep well. All beds are of good quality. One double bed 180 cm wide, one bed 120 cm wide, four beds 100 cm wide. All beds are made up and sheets and towels are included in the price.

All beds have duvets and pillows. Bed linen can be rented. Welcome!

Norwegian country bliss by the lake

Small cabin by the lake. Perfect for a getaway from the modern world. Great for relaxing, hiking, fishing, mushrooms and berry picking and swimming. Guests can use the canoe at own risk. There are sheep grazing in the fields and a very special flower meadow. There is a outside seating area with a simple bbq. New bathroom with shower and toilet in the barn. Sauna can be rented for additional cost. Ps. there is no running water in the cabin, this is available few meters away, in the barn.

Charming cabin complex at Blefjell with panoramic views. This is the perfect place to spend sunny days on the terrace, hike in the mountains, and relax in the sauna in the evenings. The two cabins are cozily and comfortably furnished, with solar panels for charging phones, a gas stove and refrigerator, simple lighting, a fireplace, a stove for heating, and a sauna. Cold water is available from the outdoor tap. A place for a digital detox. :) Be in nature and listen to the silence.

Cabin for rent Blefjell - Solstua

We rent our cabin to housekeepers when we are not using it ourselves. The cabin has a road all the way and great hiking terrain and bike path from Gvelven to Fagerfjell in summer. In winter, there are ski slopes right by the cabin and about 6-7 minutes to Blefjellheisen. The guest cleans up after themselves according to the checklist (see under Images, more Images).
