Stay in the midst of high mountains, the Hardangervidda National Park, the steep pastures and lush forests, as well as the Rjukan-Notodden UNESCO World Heritage area, representing crucial sites in Norwegian industrial history and key events from World War II. The Berghei family farm is recently established, but people have lived at the site since the Vikings.

Norwegian country bliss by the lake

Small cabin by the lake. Perfect for a getaway from the modern world. Great for relaxing, hiking, fishing, mushrooms and berry picking and swimming. Guests can use the canoe at own risk. There are sheep grazing in the fields and a very special flower meadow. There is a outside seating area with a simple bbq. New bathroom with shower and toilet in the barn. Sauna can be rented for additional cost. Ps. there is no running water in the cabin, this is available few meters away, in the barn.

The yellow house on Suigard Grave

The yellow house at Suigard Grave is located in scenic Bø in Telemark. With a short distance to Bø town (10 min) and Sommarland, the Telemarkskanalen, Høyt og Lavt, Lifjell ski center and many beautiful mountain hikes. It is also only 30 min away from Seljord and the many festivals and events that take place there. Here at Suigard Grave you can frolic on the terrace, have a picnic in the garden or, for example, take the 35 min walk up to Gautiltjønna for a refreshing swim in the pond.

The Fairytale

The trolls are in the woods just behind the cabin. They are all nice. We recomend that you have a car avaliable.
