Great place to stay! The room has a comfortable bed, there's a decent size bathroom and tidy kitchen. Akanksha and her husband were really friendly and accommodating. The pets were lovely as well! I recommend staying in this place if visiting Newcastle :)

We stayed 22 nights in this Airbnb and truly felt like we were at home. From the very beginning, communication with Aggie was excellent. Her message was informative and friendly, which gave me confidence in our choice. I mentioned my dust allergy, and she reassured me right away. When we arrived, the house was even cleaner and better maintained than I expected. The house was immaculate, warm, and perfect for our family. The sofa bed in the living room was spacious for me and my 5 year old, and the bedroom had all the amenities for my husband. The bathroom was modern, and the decor made us feel cozy and welcomed. We often forgot we were in an Airbnb, it felt like we were in a friendly home. The family’s dogs were a lovely touch quiet and friendly, adding to the homely feel. Aggie was a true gem, always kind and helpful. We found a new friend, and I can't wait to see her again. Thank you, Aggie, for an unforgettable experience!

My second stay at Paul Js beautiful home . Lovely room .( As is in photo) Comfortable bed . Wi Fi . Use of all kitchen facilities with dining table. Lovely bathroom good shower. On a quiet residential street. Walkable in to town .Also a local bus No 1 just around the corner will take you to Central train station/ Coach station close by. A few cafes and takeaways/ Corner shops localy. I would highly recommend a stay here . Very good value for money. Great location. Excellent friendly host. Thank-you N.Lewis.

My work colleague and I needed a place for 4 weeks of work in Newcastle, and Thomas’ place was perfect. Great amenities, well equipped kitchen, with a dining table, lots of space upstairs, effectively we had a floor and bathroom each. The centre of town is only a 20 mins walk. Thomas was a superb host. It’s a charming home. Thanks so much.

We were totally thrilled to be staying at Candlemakers. Sarah met us with the keys and had decorated the apartment for Christmas. On entering the place was warm and welcoming. Sumptuous bedding and towels. Even a toweling robe and slippers. Everything in the apartment was top quality and anything we needed for our stay was provided. The location couldn’t be better and I can’t praise everything about Candlemakers highly enough. Absolutely highly recommended.

We booked this last minute and it did not disappoint. Absolutely loved the style, character and look of the place particularly the master bedroom with bath and balcony. It had all the facilities we needed and was dog friendly which was perfect for us! It was in a handy location with easy access to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The disc parking scheme in Morpeth made it easy to park and we were lucky enough to secure a spot at St James car park which is less that a minutes walk over the road to the house but there are lots of other places in town to park that are in close walking distance. Really hope to visit again in the future.

The house was in a perfect position to explore the local area. It was spotlessly clean and really well equipped - a real home from home. Heinrich was very pro-active with his instructions but not at all intrusive - a perfect balance. We would definitely stay at Nessie’s Niche again and would definitely recommend it!!

Caroline was an exemplary host. The property was furnished throughout to the very highest standard. A beautiful location with amenities very close by, the property was the perfect get away for our party of 8. Spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, we couldn’t have asked for more. A fantastic property in a perfect location! The property was even better than the photos and the whole family loved staying at The Physician's House for our family reunion. The house was spacious, clean and felt like home with lots of places to sit and relax. My nieces absolutely loved the cinema room upstairs while the bar downstairs (complete with disco lights) added a bit of fun for everybody! The property is in an amazing location across the road from the amazing barter books, within walking distance to Alnwick gardens and close to the centre of town. It was lovely to be able to fully relax and explore without the stress of a car being necessary to get our large group out and about. Alison is a fantastic host and very responsive and helpful and we would love to visit again. Overall an amazing space with a beautifully created ambience for the perfect getaway - definitely well worth the visit!

I’m glad I chose to stay at Martin’s place! It was my first time staying in UK and I had lots of fun. I stayed here over a month and want to come back again. Martin took us to go to beach, mountain, fruits shop, Thomas-like train ride, ice cream shop, fish and chips etc. Martin is a really friendly, kind and nice person. I even met his mom and daughter and we had lots of fun. Kitchen has all the tools and are clean and convenient. Bathroom and shower are also clean. The room has a big and comfortable bed which made me sleep a lot. I highly suggest everyone should come stay with Martin in their lifetime. Next time I’ll bring my mom!

Fiona’s house is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Alnwick and its environs. Situated 200 metres from the town centre and around 100 metres from the entrance to Alnwick castle it is an ideal location. The house itself is extremely comfortable with all essential appliances, cookware and tableware on hand. Two well equipped bathrooms also makes your stay that bit more comfortable. Finally we enjoyed sitting in the lovely terrace bright with summer flowers.

Staying at Nina’s place was out of the ordinary. Probably one of the finest houses in the town. A Georgian fantasy of thoughtfully curated furniture and furnishings which was obviously done with great passion for the space. It surely must have the best views of the 3 Tweed bridges from any property. Absolute heaven sitting in the window seats reading or just drinking a mug of tea. I am a native Berwicker which made this visit all the more magical. What a treat !

Ideal place to explore Alston (which is a gem in itself) and the surrounding areas, whether that is Cumbria & The Lakes, the north Pennies or Northumberland. The house has everything you would need to make your stay very comfortable, big spacious rooms and lovely outside spaces. Would highly recommend this place for families, we had ample room and were not on top of each other. Would absolutely stay again.

One of the best presented Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in - like a contemporary five star hotel. Spacious, well equipped, cozy, quiet - and walking distance to the central station and town. Christian is a very responsive and attentive host who has thought about every detail and was kind enough to collect us from and return us to the train station. Strongly recommend.
