We had a lovely short stay at Steph’s place. It was perfect for our needs as we were with a number of family members staying nearby. It was very quiet and relaxing after a full day exploring the area. We tried the local Indian takeaway which was first class. I would certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Book Nook. Everything was as described and the location was great. It was clean and tidy and communication was great.

Really beautiful flat with wonderful views over the river - it is spacious, light and characterful. Feels much more like a home than most airbnb thanks to the tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, good mattresses, very well equipped kitchen etc... Also a convenient spot from which to explore the area. Liz was communicative and helpful and made everything very easy.

This was the perfect place to stay while we were in Newcastle visiting family. Lots of hanging space for clothes, the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, and there’s a comfortable lounge room too. It’s very clean and quiet. The flat is near a metro station, 8 mins walk to Gosforth high st and 15 mins walk to the cafes in Jesmond. Best still, the Jesmond Dene path begins just down the road. Miriam is the best host: very polite and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended!!!

The flat is amazing and bigger and wide than in the pictures. I really loved my stay here and the host is amazing . It will make sure everything is ok and always responded to my messages regarding everything . I would like to thank you for all and the convenience store and the bus station just 1 min walking also parking in front of it The only thing I like to mention is the neighbour from upstairs that play music and make noise from 10 pm to 5 am and it is hard to sleep but that is not the landlord’s fault or the property

What a great stay! The photos don’t do it justice it’s absolutely pristine. Really good location with onsite parking was a real bonus. The hosts were really helpful as well giving us a recommendation for breakfast and dinner. If we are ever in the north of England again I know where we will stay, felt like a home away from home.

The location was great for us,being in walking distance from our son and his family.The studio was perfect,Spotisly clean and so easy for my Disabled husband because everything was on one level and beautifully fitted everything was of excellent quality.

This was my third stay at Ben’s flat for a short, work-related trip. The flat was extremely clean as usual, cosy as described, 20 min away on foot from Newcastle University where I work, very close to HayMarket and the city centre, which is perfect for me. Ben is always helpful and friendly. I would heartily recommend the flat for a single person or a couple !

Joseph was excellent, immediate responses to any questions regarding the property even a few weeks before our booking. Met us at the property and was very friendly and extremely helpful. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again when coming with a big group to Newcastle!

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

Dawn is a lovely host with a beautiful, warm, cosy and clean home. The garden and pets are just adorable. We had a wonderful break and made good use of the pool. There are so many castles and beautiful gardens located a short drive away. Great place for families. I will be recommending this flat and hosts to my friends.

Apartment was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a friend’s place and every last detail was included. Location couldn’t be better and view across the Tyne was spot on. Communication with Nick was exactly how it should be, personal and fully assisting. In fact it felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a blank profile as is the case with others. Clean, tidy and well furnished. Exactly as pictured/ described. Great location for enjoying the nightlife. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Property manger was very friendly and helpful. Took us up to the apartment and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Really lovely place - we ended up stuck inside all day because of the storm, but the place was so nice and comfy. Lots of places to eat nearby and of course Pilgrims coffee downstairs! If you’re staying on the island, make sure you check tide times etc to ensure it fits with your plans. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink on the island though so you should be fine!

We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. I am thankful to Dushyant for his fantastic and friendly hosting. Dushyant's place is very secure and pleasing. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. This is a great place for access to the city centre and student visits. jesmond Dene waterfall around the corner is stunning and some great cafes within a couple of mins walking distance. So good to be able to bring the dog. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed and any questions were answered within minutes.

This is easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I stay in Airbnb’s. Janny is warm welcoming. And amazing. The beds are comfy close to the city center. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing. Very chill unbelievably nice people but again it’s Newcastle so lol. But now if you want to stay in Newcastle, this is the place that you want to stay trust me!!

Last minute decision to have a night away and Toms place was spot on! Perfect peaceful location, the annexe is gorgeous with everything we could need. The hot tub was dreamy even in the drizzle as the sun went down over the fields. Tom was a great host firing up the hot tub for us and recommending the fabulous Crown Inn for a great dinner! Thank you!
