The house (built 2015) is spacious (210m2) and has an amazing view. You have a good view over Kvaløya and Håkøya and you can see mountains, and the fjord. The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The house is within 25 min walk to town center with its many attractions, restaurants, cafes, museums and shops. Close to paths for walking, skiing and cycling right here on the island. Nice place for families with kids to stay. A short walk to everything.

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

A country house near the famous sights of Korouoma Canyon and Auttiköngäs. Our own "nature park" is suitable for those who enjoy silence and nature, families with children, those looking for the northern lights and the starry sky in winter, Korouoma ice climbers, and mountain bikers. The private lake allows ice fishing and other outdoor activities on the ice, as well as boating in the summer. Separately, there is a private "wilderness beach" with a dock, a campfire area, etc.

A newly renovated log cabin in the midst of beautiful nature. The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Juotasjärvi, which creates a great setting for a family or a group of friends, for example. The cottage can accommodate a larger group, but no more than 8 people. The lakeside sauna is freely available year-round. In winter, the hot tub is not in use. In the summer, there is an additional charge for the hot tub.
