Loft vacation rentals in Northern New Mexico

The Casita is a cozy getaway that is within walking distance to downtown and the train station. We really enjoyed the lofted bedroom and the fireplace during the colder evenings during our stay. The rear parking lot can be a bit difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle, so the front spots may be more convenient to use. Thanks so much!

Beautiful, light filled and spacious studio that has everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay in Santa Fe! Great great central location, comfortable bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, good shower, easy self check in, and responsive, gracious hosts. We will definitely stay here n our next visit!

The loft was spacious and comfortable and the views from the loft were beautiful. The directions were easy to follow, and we found the place with no problems. We had the opportunity to meet the host and talk with her and pet the hounds on the second day. You might want to stop at the store before you arrive and pick up a bag of peeled and cut baby carrots to give to the horses at the gates of each fenced area on the ranch. They appeared anxious to come greet us and seemed to enjoy them and the attention.

I would absolutely recommend this listing for anyone wishing to stay close to Old Town. The location couldn’t be better, within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and Old Town. The place was vey clean, we saw several housekeepers during our stay and all of them were friendly, they asked if we needed extra towels or anything; all were very polite and welcoming. The rental looked exactly as pictured, very clean and open. The bathroom was an unexpected surprise. Overall a great rental and a great trip to New Mexico.

Loved the loft, I wish I stayed longer. The loft comes with instructions, and recommendations of the surrounding areas. I would stay here again! I really enjoyed the eye covers for sleep, as the loft has natural light. ps the homeless was not a problem nor a concern, the safety Peter has is enough.

This was an epic space. We were in town showing jewelry at Pack Mule Mercanyile just up the street for First Friday Art Trail. The location was key for us. But, the awesome historical spcace was such a vibe. We enjoyed the expansive views from the many windows overlooking Main St. Germaine was very responsive with any inquiries I had and her local contact was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location! Paul’s place is exactly what it reports to be. Walkable to just about everything. Beautiful accommodations and view of the town. Very comfortable and spotless. Was such a joy staying there. Paul is a great host! Very communicative with directions, suggestions, and a slew of ideas for restaurants and attractions. I would give it 6 stars if I could. We will stay here again when back in Santa Fe! Thank you, Paul!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Dan's place. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and worked well for having our daughter over for dinner too. The rooftop was a great place to hang out and the location is within walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and cafes.

We booked this home after we received a cancellation from another listing that said they had an error on their availability. It was very disappointing so we had to book this at the last minute. Home was great, clean, roomy and perfect for us. We were close to skiing (about 30 minutes) and plenty of restaurants and entertainment! We would definitely book this home again!! Host was proactive and responsive. We had everything we needed and even enjoyed the provided board games with our teenagers.

Very responsive, took care to make sure I knew the area was noisy on weekends, and responsive when I couldnt get the door code to work (99% user error). Only bummer was not getting to play pinball, but as a pinball fan- those machines break FREQUENTLY. In for a conference at the ABQ convention center, it was close and convenient. There's a visible population of unhoused people around, but again- these hosts cant control that and I didnt feel unsafe (being used to living in a city downtown).

Kata’s casita is a very special place. As soon as you walk in you feel the history behind and it is something I have never felt before. It’s very cute and has everything you need to feel comfortable and welcome. Kata is a great host, friendly and knowledgeable. She knows everything about everything and is very happy to recommend places and tell you the history or all the informations about them. I definitely had a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
