This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hideaway. Very private, you will have 2 acres to yourself, the owners are NOT on the property. Spend the evening star gazing on the balcony, or roasting marshmallows on the open fire pit. There is also Wi-Fi and two televisions for those who would rather relax indoors. We remodeled the cabin recently, so it is ready for your family’s adventures. During winter months, 4x4 or AWD vehicle may be necessary, due to snow.

Chameleon: 2 room cabin, NO running water and no toilet facilities in the casita, sleeps 4, possibly 5, two (2) double beds in the bedroom, and a daybed for an extra person (for an added fee of $20.) Wood stove, hot plate & electric appliances for cooking. Open deck on the Pecos River! with an outdoor fireplace. Community bathhouse with commodes and showers, 300 feet from Chameleon. Some road noise can be heard, especially during peak travel times.
