Vacation rentals with a patio in Northeim

We felt at home. The amenities were excellent and quite modern in the apartment. There was everything you need, so we really only had to bring the things we use and not unnecessarily oil or the like. You are absolutely on your own and reach the forest in 30 seconds - it is the very last house before the national park. The very good size of the apartment was also particularly good. Parking was possible in front of the house on the side of the road. We also enjoyed the small welcome package. Overall, the perfect place if you just want to unwind and escape the big city.

We stayed at Tim's for a birthday weekend. The place was nice and large and the view was fantastic. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the beautiful balcony because it rained continuously - but the electric fireplace created a cozy alternative here. The apartment was well equipped and everything you need was available. However, the road to the accommodation was really very broken and full of potholes, so great caution is required here. All in all, we can recommend the stay in good conscience!

My husband, me and our 2 little dogs had a great stay at the place. On foot or by car, the property is centrally located. The key handover was easy and the apartment has everything you need. The apartment was very clean, which was really important to us and it was lovingly furnished. We felt right at home. Thank you again that we could check in a few hours earlier. 🌸☀️🌸☀️🌸☀️🌸☀️🌸We will be happy to come back.

We had planned a short vacation in the Harz and felt very comfortable in Solveig and Andreas' accommodation. In the middle of the countryside, quiet and more than sufficiently equipped for a short stay. We were warmly welcomed and clearly instructed, otherwise the instructions in the kitchen help. Flyers for attractions and business tips are available in large quantities. All rooms were clean and very child-friendly, even with a playroom. If we come back to the Harz, this would be our first port of call again. Absolute recommendation!

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and stylishly furnished accommodation. The surroundings are fantastic and were perfect for walks with our dog. The apartment is located in the industrial monument Schleiferei II and has just been completely renovated. It's impressive how a former Lost Place has been created such a modern and comfortable retreat. The decor is designed with a lot of love for detail and offers all the comforts you could ask for. Especially the terrace overlooking the river is a highlight and creates a relaxed atmosphere. The quiet location, combined with the high quality amenities, makes this place an ideal retreat. We highly recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

We stayed with some friends for a long weekend in Simone's apartment. Simone was super nice and always available. The apartment is spacious, the terrace with connection to the garden in summer is the best. The location is very quiet and the beautiful Seeburger See is only a quarter of an hour's walk away. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation

Great location in a sweet place. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation so far. The rooms are very lovingly decorated. The floor creaks very loudly, but it's just an old house :) the communication was great, very helpful and friendly.

The vacation home Berg-Zeit is something special. Old and modern designs are in harmony here. The living/kitchen area invites you to cook and play together. The rustic square table is ideal for 6 people. We were very happy to arrive back in the mountain time after each excursion. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and also designed in the rustic/modern style. Communication with Dietmar was possible at all times and there was no question/concern that remained unanswered. Definitely heartfelt recommendation! From the first second, I felt comfortable and in good hands. Jonathan is a very dedicated host who cares about his guests' comfort and wants them to have everything they need. He immediately lends a hand when needed and is always available if there are any further questions. The stay in nature in this beautiful house was very grounding and the area is totally natural. You immediately get a vacation feeling. I would come back anytime and recommend this place to anyone, not least because of the extremely dedicated and warm host. The apartment is fantastic. The layout and rooms are comfortable, and it was perfect for our group of three couples – we had a wonderful time. The location is super convenient, you can easily walk there from the train station and it has easy access to public transport nearby for hiking trails. If we ever come back to Goslar, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Bad Grund was simply fantastic! The accommodation was clean, stylishly furnished and very cozy – you immediately feel comfortable. The hot tub was the icing on the cake and perfectly rounded off the evenings after our hikes through the Harz. The region is a true paradise for hikers: dense forests, great views and well-signposted trails - every nature lover's heart beats faster. The contact with the hosts was also super friendly and straightforward. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

The apartment has a unique view of the hills and mountains right behind the house, a perfect starting point for the first round around the place. EVERYTHING is super clean, plus very cozy. We were two couples in the apartment, which was great in terms of space. Communication with the landlord is very friendly, reliable and accommodating. We felt very comfortable!

The apartment is modern and well equipped and is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area. With three separate bedrooms, the apartment is very suitable for families or groups of friends.
