House on two levels on our farm. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a sofa (convertible), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a half bath. The bedroom is accessed via a ladder. A large bed (180 x 200) and a standard bed (90 x 200) are provided, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. In front of the house, there is a construction site. Parking in front of the main house; Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. NO dogs allowed!

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

We rent a house renovated in June 2018 with about 90 m² of living space in the small mountain town of Lautenthal. Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100 m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here, both hikes and day trips by bicycle or car are easy to undertake.
