Our apartment in the cozy "New Country Style" invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor sauna in the immediate vicinity of the apartment terrace. Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car. Dogs up to a shoulder height of 40 cm and short-haired breeds are allowed.

Langenholtensen 5 min. to Northeim, approx. 5 km to the A7. Known for its half-timbered buildings, the Harz, the Solling and the Ith. On site: Netto with bakery and a butcher shop. In Northeim: restaurants, cafes, ice cream cafes, etc.Cinema, mini golf course, tourist information, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, recreational lake, museum. The apartment has its own entrance. Step into the apartment "Pferdestall" and you are directly in the kitchen. The almost "outdoor kitchen" has clear advantages, especially in summer. Then there is a small dining area from which you can go into the bathroom and the living/bedroom (with a high-quality bed). Overall, you have quite a lot of space and even a dog will certainly enjoy it. The somewhat unconventional apartment is on the ground floor of a former agricultural building. Other apartments are also rented out.

Du hast die wunderschöne Altstadt (lohnt sich sehr!) nicht weit entfernt, viele Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür, einen Wasserfall und See, und vor allen Dingen das schöne Weltkulturerbe Bergwerk direkt vor der Nase. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt 🏔️

A parking permit for free parking in the side streets is available.
