Dogfriendly Waterfront Home

ValerieRating, 5 stars20 months ago
This was our second stay at Linda's home and we had a great time. The house was cozy and clean and we felt right at home there. The fenced in yard and having access to the pond right out the back door was great for us and our dog. The location is great too in that it's close enough for southern NH and northern MA day trips. We had a great week - thanks Linda!

Rustic Cabin with Sleeping Loft.

Stayed here for Groundhog's day eve. The cottage was just as described and exceeded our expectations for a no-plumbing no-electricity stay to recharge prior to the trek to Gobbler's knob. We should have stayed another night!

Maison de Hobbit

This place is amazing! We had so much fun for 3 days away from the city. And this place is dog friendly so extra bonus! The hosts are super responsive. We misread that they provided salt so we didn’t bring any. The hosts kindly replied to us and brought us the salt we needed the next day. Definitely recommend this place!

L'Écogîte

JadeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago

Shade Tree Cabin Near Harpers Ferry Casino Race TR

KimberlyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great time relaxing at Mary-Lou's place. We took a ladies's trip-train ride for the weekend and stayed in Shenandoah Junction. There were so many things to see and do. We hiked, we barbecued, we played games and chatted. Nobody had any complaints. The host was very accommodating but we didn't have to ask for much because it was all laid out for us. The binder provided, had color pictures and descriptions on how to operate things. The kitchen was rustic-chic and very spaceous. We had a travel-chef from Sweet Robbins Kitchen prepare dinner and Brunch for us. She said she wished that every kitchen was as well stocked and organized as this one. The beds were comfortable and 'abundant'. Just book it! There were 10 ladies and no complaints.

La Tanière

SamuelRating, 5 stars8 months ago
August 2024, 1 adult & 2 children , g9 b7, Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and it rained everyday and was cold, we tried to make the most of it, but camping is a gamble for the weather. The place is very nice, peaceful and secluded. outside the cabin the temperature was about 13 degrees or less at night, but inside it was constantly 20 degrees and dry. we had access to drinkable water, bbq, plenty of free fire wood, showers , toilets. at the lake there is plenty of water toys and space. the lake is huge and it's very quiet. Marc who was on site for support was great, and stopped by each day to check we had everything we needed. thanks Marc.

#299365 Chalet calm & cozy nature

MagalieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A tranquil pond reflects the surrounding lush greenery and cloudy sky. The still water mirrors the treetops, while tall grasses frame the edges. A wooden dock extends into the pond, providing a serene spot to enjoy the natural beauty.

Milk Barn

CarrieRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had a great time at Milkbarn! The space is as beautiful and magical as the photos. There are some quirks with the space like the toilets and showers, but that is to be expected of a converted barn from the 1800s! If your group is tight-knit, it won’t be an issue. If you’re a group of strangers going on a retreat or something, you may find this set up challenging and prefer more privacy. We traveled with 3 small children. We appreciated that Assia & Rama shared some safety concerns ahead of time to ensure we were comfortable staying there. Our kids were totally fine but they absolutely needed full-on supervision throughout our stay. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces were a major highlight and created an unforgettable atmosphere for the weekend. The kitchen is also beautiful and well-stocked. I didn’t mind doing dishes with such a beautiful view outside the large window above the sink. :) We had an awesome weekend and would love to return!

Once again, Craig’s place was the perfect home base for our group of ladies. The house is clean, spacious and perfect for a large group. Craig was responsive, accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. As a group that travels together frequently, this is one of our favourite spots, and we will be back!
