Great, cozy place. The bus shuttle to the resort comes basically to the front door. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely spot with a beautiful view of the ocean and the bridge which lights up at night! Beautiful views from every floor with nice outdoor balconies and tennis and pickleball right outside the front door. The beach feels vast and provides many great walks.

Great time at James' place. Located walking distance to downtown but outside enough to not be in the crazy. Farland is a seconds walk away for great breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The fireplace was perfect for the cold winter nights. Everything was clean. Nice spacious main bedroom. Will be back again. James was a great communicator.

The house was beautiful ands the perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, and bars. Bruce was super responsive and accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. He answered all of our questions very promptly. We will definitely return!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had such an amazing stay! Lisa provided us with lots of information that made check in / check out super easy. The location was perfect for what we needed and has a great bonus of being on a shuttle route to and from Loon. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

David's place was a perfect fit for our family's spring break trip. Very convenient location, close to great food options and not far off the boardwalk, certainly walkable or a very short drive. It's right off the main road, but feels tucked away and quiet. Check in was easy and David was very flexible with our arrival time. The house was spotless and felt very welcoming. While we did not use them on this trip, having bikes available for use was a very nice addition. Our kids loved the bunk beds, Atari system and books and games that were around for a rainy day. We would definitely stay at David's place again for a future trip.

Highly recommend. This is a townhouse that is beautifully renovated, perfectly clean, modern 1.5 baths, kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely 2nd floor deck in the back. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy walking distance to convention center (20min), harbor (30 min), ball parks (15 min). The only thing to consider is that this is not the area with the Traeder Joes. We never felt unsafe, but you have to be comfortable walking in an area with occasional panhandlers. Then it is the perfect stay.

Have stayed at Gia’s properties many times while visiting my elderly mother. This house has become my second home! Close to Pickersgill Retirement Community and in a safe neighborhood. Gia is always responsive to any and all requests or inquires. Will be booking again soon for next trip to Baltimore!

Maximus was a great host! He was communicative and friendly, and genuinely cared about our experience. The house is located in a great part of Del Rey, there are several restaurants within walking distance and it’s a beautiful neighborhood to walk around. Highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Alexandria.

Let me tell you… that house is amazing. The moment you walk in, I suggest you go right upstairs to that beautiful bathroom and start that jacuzzi tub up. And then when you’re done, walk right over to that amazing shower. And then when you’re done with that… pick one of those cozy bedrooms. And REPEAT. the house is so lovely, I really didn’t want to leave. AND THE BACK DECK!!!!! I LOVED IT. The neighborhood was so peaceful and I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Erin for being such an amazing host.

The listing was accurate and Susan was very responsive. The house was clean and organized. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The amenities were very good. If we travel back to this area, we would stay here again.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place! It felt just like home—super cozy and had everything we needed. It was also really convenient being close to supermarkets and great restaurants. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

We had a really nice stay and Georgetown is absolutely the best neighbourhood to stay in in DC. We wished the bathrooms were a little larger and the downstairs is a little dark but they’ve done a really great job with the space. Would stay again!

Easy street parking and cute neighborhood. We were able to walk to cafes close by. We drove to our other destinations and it was always easy to park. The house was very spacious and perfect for our dog. I would stay here again if I come back to Pittsburgh.

I really like this place. It’s clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of convenient things and the host is very responsive.

The property is very nice & spotlessly clean. There were some beverages in the refrigerator, small snacks in the kitchen & coffee pods to go with the coffee brewer. After a long drive, they were appreciated as we didn’t have to go to the grocery as soon as we arrived. As a note, this is a walk up property. You have to climb a full flight of stairs to get to the living space.
