Got lucky that it freed up a couple of days before I booked. Great spot, and even got me a parking pass so I could park on the street. Host was responsive and that's really important to me. I'd highly recommend and might book there again!

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! Dan’s place was so awesome to be in. It felt like we were it such a cozy home. He wrote great instructions for us to find the place and get in. He really did a great job making sure he was available for any questions that we had. The space was very clean and filled with all the necessities we needed! So even if we ran out of something he had extra. He has a Murphy bed that was so cool to see and the space was set up to utilize the small size. Everything in there was intentional. The spot was close to Main St where all the cool shops were at. We took the bus to get to the spot and cabs to get around throughout our weekend. I would definitely come back to beacon and we appreciate that we were able to stay there!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Very nice accommodation with all the essentials for a nice weekend. The only point would be the sofa which is very uncomfortable, but nevertheless, it did not affect the overall experience which was great! I recommend 100000%

We were terribly impressed with how well prepared the place was for us, with a wealth of welcome and helpful information about attractions and much more within reach. Things were thoughtful placed, well explained, and purposely made easily available for our comfort and pleasure, including fresh flowers, a variety of books and desk supplies, and a bird watching guide! Perfect provisions to help us plan our meals, too! This was a quiet and very private location, with lovely and comfortable outdoor spaces for enjoying the sunsets on the Hudson. All was very comfortable and cozy! We felt totally pampered and were sad to have to leave. I couldn't have asked for a single thing more- except another day to stay! A perfect getaway!

Beautiful place to stay. If you want something in walking distance close to restaurants and tourist shops this is a bit of a walk. Peaceful place to stay, but had to drive to see attractions and places to eat. I loved how clean and spacious this place was. Perfect for any stay in a quiet neighborhood.

This place is a total gem. Super cozy, beautifully kept, and just has that good energy you hope for when booking a getaway. I felt relaxed, safe, and refreshed during my stay. Life pulled me away a little earlier than expected, but I would 100% book again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making such a peaceful space available for others to enjoy!

Beautiful apartment to stay for a few days to explore the ADK. I met Bekim when I arrived. Very friendly and made me feel at home. It was very easy to check in.

June’s place is nice and cozy, great amenities including washer/dryer, beautiful views of Lake Champlain and Adirondack mountains. June was a responsive host and helped us get in to her place last minute with ease.

The place was great, very convenient for visits to the historic places around the city. The hosts were cordial and very responsive. Totally recommend for your next trip!!

Great place to stay if you want a quiet place to stay. The parking spot was definitely great since it’s almost impossible to find parking late in the evening.

The vibes overall were great. The beds are super comfy, and the bathroom is where it’s at. We had everything we needed and then some. Cozy, cute, and pleasant :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were so easy. The apartment had everything we needed. We were able to walk so many places and it was a quick drive to everything we planned to do. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful and quiet. Just what I wanted. The area is quiet and slow paced. My host was friendly and always responded within minutes. She accommodated all my requests

We felt very comfortable at Arnaud's place. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything I needed in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room was magically there, not to mention the fresh eggs. Both Arnaud and Dave were very responsive to all of my questions and friendly. We loved the hot tub as much as our puppy loved the beautiful and fully fenced in yard. My 7yo daughter loved scootering down street to an ice cream place, as well as to a park with a playground. I wished I had my bike on me since Finger Lakes Trail was just a short walk away. It was a great stay.

Location. Comfort. Price. All wrapped up in one. Had a nice, relaxing stay while visiting son at SUNY. A great choice for a weekend stay instead of the local hotels.

Outstanding host with key features for an elegant and relaxing weekend with the partner. The coffee machine was stocked and ready. Lots of generous perfume and cologne for us to try from Heather. Awesome stay would come again !!

Kim’s place excelled in the following areas: easy to find, easy checkin process, clean home, working and ready-to-use hot tub, fire pit with chairs arranged nearby, working and available heat, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. My stay was extremely pleasant. Kim also made herself available by phone and answered any questions I had the day of and before.
