It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

This lovely apartment is on the second floor of an 1873 Victorian mansion on the North side of town. Very conveniently located about halfway between downtown and Skidmore College. This clean, quiet, owner-occupied house has 2 other apartments. The classic Saratoga front porch, sunny patio in back, and small yard are shared with the host. Our cozy apartment is located on a beautiful hilltop farm with views out from the porch across horse pasture and to the mountains as far away as New Hampshire. There are over 100 acres of field to walk through as well as a mile long trail running down through our property. We are 15 minutes from Chester, Ludlow and Weston. We also have very fast internet!
