Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sun bathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. There are 2 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds + available roll-away bed for groups of 5 people. 2 full bathrooms with all toiletries provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy the coffee selection that is provided. Note: We have a spectacular sister property right next door, which boasts 3 bedrooms, plus a roll-away bed if needed, plus another 1000 square foot terrace. The 2 terraces are connected and will be accessible for large groups. The 2 condos hold a total of 12 people. Guests are allowed to use all amenities in the building. Amenities include the outdoor space on the 6th floor, which has hot tubs, many lounge areas, BBQ's and sun decks. The gym is also on the 6th floor along with the mens/womens change rooms, saunas/showers, a tv lounge and quiet sitting areas. You will need to bring your keys/fobs to gain access to the common areas. I live 5 minutes away from the building and almost always greet guests upon their arrival to show them around and take them up to the suite. I am readily available if guests need anything such as extra towels, supplies or even suggestions on where to go for dinner. Note: If for some reason I cannot meet and greet you upon your arrival, I will send you the lock-box instructions. The western end of Queen (sometimes simply referred to as "Queen West") is now best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and visual arts. Over the past 25 years, it's become a major Toronto tourist attraction. Public transit is closeby... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station. The majority of the people who live in the building are full-time residents who go to work and don't want to have to deal with excessive noise and problems. For recreation there is hiking in the valley and nearby conservancy areas, biking on country roads, or cross-country, downhill or snowshoeing during the snowy months. Hawthorne is a 2-hour drive from NYC or a 2-hour Amtrak ride from Penn Station to Hudson, and then a 20 minute drive by car or taxi. The house is conveniently close to the Taconic Parkway, while set in a peaceful and quiet valley.

We are 20 minutes away from Legoland, also located near Wallkill, and an easy drive to Warwick and Patterson. Our home is eclectic and unique, placed in the historic district of pine bush. This home provides up to date appliances and cozy furnishings while still holding onto that good ol’ 1920’s feel. Plenty of room for dining in and an easy ride or walk to great food. This home is bright and cheery yet provides privacy and warmth. The entire first floor is your domain. With a private entrance and easy parking. The locked doors you will encounter is for your privacy. There are permanent renters above you, however they have their own entrance and are completely separate. Trust us you won’t need more space than what’s provided, very roomy with a closet in each room, as well as in the dining area. We want our guests to enjoy their time to the fullest, and know that we care about their stay. Which is why we like to make clear our home runs on city water. There is an initial aroma from the faucet, however it doesn’t last long and adjustments to that are in the process. We of course offer you filtered water for you and your family. This home is multiple stories which adds to its beautiful character. You and your family will be occupying the entire first floor. The upper level has permanent renters, however they have a separate entrance and are quiet, as well as accommodating.
