Ontzettend proactieve en vriendelijke host. Met iedere vraag die we stelden kregen we altijd antwoord binnen minuten. Daarbij dacht ze met ons mee over activiteiten en heeft zelfs voor ons klimuitrusting kosteloos geregeld om het voor ons zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wij komen hier heel graag terug! Ook de was service was keurig, alles na een aantal uur terug, droog en netjes opgevouwen.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is great, and the apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. So charming, well appointed and spacious. But most important is the host is the best host I have ever had - proactively reaching out to make sure my travel plans would land me there efficiently, assisting with local directions and tips and providing exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Staying with Carlo and Paola was absolutely enjoyable! They were so helpful and nice and the apartment is cosy with a beautiful view and very well equipped. The location is great for hiking and exploring the region. Very quiet and peaceful. Communication was easy and always quick. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great time on our vacation at La Berlera. It's a great spot if you're looking for a quiet countryside base for exploring the area and making day trips to Limone, lake Ledro or Tenno. The historic tower has been beautifully renovated. Our room, "Coel", was really lovely and had a great view of the surrounding winery. It's got everything you need for a pleasent stay for two. If I could make one change, it would be to add a dishwasher to make the stay even more comfortable for daily cooking sessions. When you're on the balcony in the evening, you can hear the lovely music from the restaurant below and the quiet conversations of the guests, which creates a really nice, cozy atmosphere. The restaurant itself is definitely worth checking out – the food was amazing. It's best to book a few days in advance. Adriana is a welcoming, kind host – easy to reach and happy to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend La Berlera at any time!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location in Bellano was so charming and peaceful and the apartment is close to the ferry and bus stop. Downstairs we found an awesome gelato spot and some cute restaurants! Marco went above and beyond to communicate and check up on our stay. Everything was clean and modern. The unit was also very spacious. Comfy beds. Nothing bad to say!

볼차노 시내에서 20분 정도 걸려요. 구글 맵으로 찾아가기 쉬웠어요 ^^ 너무 예쁜 동화같은 마을이에요. ^^ 도착 하자마자 반겨주시고 너무 깨끗하고 편안한 집이였어요. 키우시는 강아지 제키도 너무 귀엽고 주변이 조용하고 경관도 좋고 너무 아름다운 집 이에요. ^^ 카레짜 호수도 차로 20분이면 도착해요.^^ 저희는 바베큐도 해서 먹었어요. ^^ 8살 10살 아이들도 너무 좋아하고 아이들과 호스트분들과 같이 저녁 식사도 했는데 너무 행복한 시간 이였어요 ^^ 돌로미티에 방문 하시는 분들에게 적극 추천 합니다 ^^

We had a great stay at this apartment in Bologna! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic week staying in Lake Garda. This was a wonderful space for our family of 5 and was just as described. The pool was lovely too and there was so much to see and do within easy driving distance. Davide was a very proactive host and answered all of our questions promptly. The apartment was stocked with the essentials and the check in process was straight forward.

I want to share that Lucilla's house was the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The house is wonderful and the attention given was immense. Lucilla's house has to be a benchmark for quality on Airbnb. ❤️❤️👏👏👏

Il nostro alloggio presso l’antico mulino è stato davvero spettacolare. Ogni minimo dettaglio era curato alla perfezione e la casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario. Il parco del mulino era veramente bello e ci ha permesso di rilassarci con il suono del ruscello che scorreva. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti, molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Speriamo di tornarci presto!!!

We had an amazing stay at ‘Olive’, at the Big House. Firstly arrival and check in was super smooth with clear instructions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and maintained. So spotlessly clean and at the same time felt really homely. And the views are stunning! The hosts were really friendly and helpful; great communication and recommended some great local spots. Overall we found it a really peaceful escape. It’s also straightforward to get to other, busier towns with restaurants etc, by local transport during the day. We loved our time there and will definitely be back.

La casa di Giuseppe e Livia è estremamente accogliente per qualunque tipo di ospite. La casa è in una posizione decisamente tranquilla, piuttosto isolata essendo immersa nella collina ligure. Abbiamo trascorso un breve weekend in gruppo con amici e abbiamo in particolare apprezzato tutto lo spazio all'aperto, dotato di barbecue e ampio tavolo, per mangiare e rilassarsi in compagnia. L'arredamento è vintage ma funzionale: nella casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serviva come beni di prima necessità. Inoltre, Giuseppe e Livia si sono dimostrati assolutamente disponibili e mai invadenti, nonostante la nostra prenotazione fosse stata fatta due giorni prima del weekend. Grazie e alla prossima!

We stayed only one night, yet were deeply touched by the beauty, warmth, and hospitality of this place. The house, both rustic and refined, is immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and furnished with great care and love for detail, absolutely beautiful and stylish. Our host welcomed us with openhearted kindness, and with fresh eggs from his own happy chickens, which we saw roaming freely around the pond. The eggs were exquisite, a gift we truly cherished, and we gladly bought a dozen to take with us. Most importantly for us: it was 100% quiet at night, perfect for those seeking a peaceful, restful sleep. We were so excited about the place that we already made plans to return for a week to explore the area, or to stop by again on our way to vacation or a ferry. A haven for any traveler seeking rest, beauty, and inspiration.

We hebben een heerlijke week vakantie gehad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en meer dan compleet. Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig, je kijkt ver weg over de wijngaarden. Het zwembad is schoon en groot genoeg. De hosts waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, zeker een aanbeveling waard.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Petra war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben die Privatsphäre, die Ruhe, den Platz im Haus und den Garten geliebt und genossen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen, vor allem mit Kind war es das beste was uns passieren konnte.

Pro : - Paolo was very responsive and welcoming (there were small fruit juices, biscuits and a bottle of wine). - The accommodation was very clean - No neighbourhood noise (very quiet) - The area is perfect for visiting Bologna (Quartiere Santo Stefano, very close to bars en restaurants) - The beds were comfortable - The bathroom was very clean and well equipped. Con : - If I had to say something negative, it would be the check-out time (10am, a bit early). But otherwise everything was perfect.

It was so nice to stay at this place. Very remote and quite, perfect to calm down. Francesco and his family very super helpful and just lovely people. Want to come back soon !

We lived the look, feel, cleanliness, and location of her AirBnB - and her amazing recommendations and hyper responsiveness just really added to our amazing stay in Bologna. The apartment was an ideal location for a romantic stay, with amazing views of Lake Como. It was easy, clean and spacious and the perfect way to spend time in Varenna. The hosts did their utmost to help us with any queries we had and gave us clear instructions throughout. Thank you for a perfect stay guys!

In the very central center of Rimini. It made me discover something new beside the sea, the discoes etc. great place to spend some days in Romagna

OMG ... this place was STUNNING. I have stayed in many Air Bnbs around the world but this apartment hands down, beats them all so far. the location is incredible, and the views are amazing. being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise across the lake every morning was just magical. ignoring the views the apparent itself was lovely, it had everything you need and more. the quality of the cookware and furniture went above and beyond my expectations. all the different lighting available to set different moods was a great touch. even lighting in the shower which you could set to different colors was unusual but really nice. for anyone wanting to visit Lake Garda this has to be the place you choose to stay, I don't think anywhere else can match the location or the views. all you can eat Chinese restaurant downstairs, fresh pizza and pasta right next door, and a supermarket 5 minute walk in both directions. just a 15 minute walk to the station one direct train to Venice. perfect

The best thing about a good airbnb is it’s as represented, clean, good location and great support and response from your host. Paolo was perfect across the board. The apartment was PERFECT. Walking distance to anything we needed and perfect usable space for our family. Simple. If I come back to Bologna Paolo is the first message I’m sending and I’ll absolutely recommend his place to others.
