Vacation rentals with a sauna in North Topsail Beach

The place was very clean and well-maintained. Everything was fresh, and the host clearly takes care of the property. It also had modern furniture and appliances, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Amenities a plus and easy access to the beach! Highly recommend!

Our family loved the top corner spot of Jana’s place. Nice views and perfect sunrises from the balcony. She had nice beach chairs for our crew and beach towels which was a huge help. We spent a good amount of time searching for shark teeth on the beach as well. Nice stay.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo. My family and I had a wonderful time. Great ocean view, close to the beach access and pool. We would definitely come back again.

Emanuela is professional, thorough, accommodating, and generous. The downtown Wilmington units provided the perfect accommodation for our small group participating in the Wilmington marathon races as well as a spacious and central focal point to regroup with family before spending the afternoon and evening exploring all the rich history, delicious eats, and diverse character of the friendly community. The units are tasty decorated with thoughtful amenities like bedside charging stations, multiple coffee maker options and modern fixtures/appliances that offered all the comforts of home. The 15’+ ceilings, exposed brick, metal street front balconies and original wood floors give the space so much depth and personality. We especially loved the record player! Thanks for an amazing stay. You are doing a wonderful job and we’re always grateful for hosts like you.

Todd’s place was great for our family of 5. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. St. Regis resort itself has nice amenities we played at the arcade, outdoor pool and had ice cream from coffee joy several times. We also used the charcoal grills by the pool to grill and it was easy to find parking at the resort. The only thing that could have been better is if the kitchen was stocked with more common utensils, and the check in instructions through Airbnb were a little confusing but Todd emailed us separate instructions which were mostly helpful. A previous reviewer stated that there was no view of the ocean but I beg to differ I thought it was fine. The pictures shown are pretty accurate as far as the unit itself goes.

Great stay for us and our two small kiddos! They had an absolute blast here (the bunk beds were a huge hit as well as the elevator that reveals a turtle on the ground floor!) I personally loved the balcony being accessible from the master bedroom. I was able to hear the ocean waves s as much as I wanted! Everything was nice and clean! The boardwalk’s for buildings 2 & 3 were closed but it is a very short walk to building 1’s board walk! We loved the beach! So many shells, so much sea glass and our favorite, shark teeth! This was a really peaceful and quiet area and I was a little concerned our VERY excited and small kiddos would disturb the Snow Birds..on the contrary! We met some super sweet locals/condo owners each time we were on the beach and they were so lovely! They helped us identify shark teeth and even gifted our boys with some! All that to say, we felt welcomed as vacationers at this resort! We’d love to come back to this area and would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, As Described. Amy was a great host. I reached out with an issue with Netflix and a question with checkout instructions and she was quick to respond. The black out curtains were a great touch. The 5 o’clock somewhere clock was a cute addition. Well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, beds were very comfy and clean. All linens were provided which was a huge deal for us traveling with 4 kids. The couch was comfy. :) great place to stay and would stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was the perfect size for our family of five! It was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the beach just steps away (and two pools!). The place had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, which made our stay super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent...Amy was responsive, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. Getting around the area was a breeze. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

My family enjoyed a quick weekend trip. The condo was very tastefully decorated, everything was clean, checking in/out was a breeze! Since it was such a short weekend, we really enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants on site. The Arrr Pirates restaurant was great for dinner (great drinks)! The little Cafe beside the pool was also fabulous and super convenient for breakfast and lunch. Thanks for hosting us for such a lovely last minute vacation!

Amazing host ! Was so responsive anytime we needed to communicate ! Absolutely beautiful home and felt just like home. So much so we extended our stay an extra day and they had no issues extending us. Fit our family of 11 very well ! We look forward to our next stay.

Gabriel’s place was perfect for our family. The house was spacious and clean. The backyard was so big! Local restaurants within half of a mile. Gabriel was responsive. Everything was perfect.
