This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

Great dog friendly place to stay! Easy walk to the beach, and a great cozy home feeling right next to the ocean. Tara was a great host, responsive, and had great local recommendations. We had two golden retrievers with us and her outdoor shower and hose came in especially handy! Would definitely stay again!

Host was very communicative and the house was very clean and well stocked with all utensils and kitchenware that one may need.

Excellent location just steps from the beach. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, and ice cream shops. House is well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, etc. It was great to have a washer and dryer, plus a vacuum on site. Pippa is extremely responsive and always got back to me very quickly.

This home is A+! Fully stocked from kitchen to pool. Views from the decks are a 10/10. Parking at the beach or just a short walk, it’s got it! The most incredible sound views and bird watching. Private, quiet, peaceful. The house seems to be soundproofed which was great when some go to bed earlier than others. The natural light pouring in is vibrant and uplifting. Serene paint colors and furniture, a true relaxation gem! Outdoor seating to make your morning coffee magical. The tiki bar and pool area are great for unwinding and ‘stay home’ days. We had some unexpected weather for June yet the house is so wonderful that being tucked inside was also perfect. Katrina is a wonderful host, responsive and informative, kind and caring about your stay and comfort. You won’t be disappointed if you need her handyman either. John is a terrific human. Thank you for a week of memories; we will be back to North Topsail!

One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. The close proximity to the beach and having a pool at the house was very ideal for our large group. The communication with Mike and Makeba was top notch!

In a word, I would describe our stay as WONDERFUL. The easy accessibility to the beach and pool was great! Views were amazing. My wife kept saying she could not believe how clean the entire AirBNB was. Finally, we have a senior dog and the elevator was a game changer for him and for loading and unloading our stuff.

This is our second time staying here. Our host is nothing short of AMAZING. Always responsive and friendly. The place is always clean easy it get to and checking in was simple. We will for sure stay here again.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

Beautiful spot, walkable, clean and great hosts!

Another great family vacation at Malory’s! This was our second summer returning to celebrate my teenager’s birthday. We all love the home, backyard and area. There’s endless activities in the backyard and plenty to do indoors on a rainy day. You can’t go wrong staying here!

I'm not sure there's enough space for me to tell you how amazing this home and location are. The house is pristine and the views are absolutely breathtaking. You are literally right on the beach. I'm not a morning person, but I was up every day to watch the amazing sunrise. The house is on a dead end street so the beach was never packed and it felt safe for my kids to be outside playing when we weren't in the sand. They provide chairs, games, tons of kitchen gadgets, linens etc. The pier and restaurant were just a few houses down with the best burgers and milkshakes. Everything on the island is less than 20 minutes away. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. My kids asked me if we could buy the house and stay forever! I've never cried leaving an Airbnb before, but I definitely left a few salwater drops in the ocean this time. Absolutely fantastic hosts. They were highly responsive and extremely kind. Our family will never forget our time at the Kala home.

This place was all we hoped and more. Because of the weather we weren’t able to enjoy it as much as we would have, but it still gave us a haven for wonderful family memories. Thank you, Ashleigh!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for comfort. We used every deck! Super close to the beach, beautiful peaceful view of the sound. It had everything we could possibly need. Karen sent recommendations for food and they did not disappoint! Loved our stay!

Everything was perfect with our stay! We loved that the house was in a quiet area and the beach is just steps away. There was an absolutely beautiful view of the beach from the living room & kitchen and comfy chairs to sit out and watch the waves. We love traveling to topsail and this is by far our favorite place to stay so far! We look forward to coming back in the future!

Nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Right on the ocean but the dunes covered the ocean view. Steps to the beach were covered in sand. Beds were comfortable and there were enough pillows. The slider to the main deck went through a bedroom. So early risers needed to go out of the basement to go to the beach. The microwave was rusted on the inside. We were told we would get a new coffee maker ASAP and sadly that was not the case. We were grateful that we could bring our dog. Would totally recommend this property. Just highlighting our experience.

What a perfect location for families!! Andy's place is perfect for families with children of all ages. It was close enough that we felt comfortable letting our teens explore the beach on their own and easy for me to take our toddler back to the house for a nap. The upstairs loft was spacious and had beds for everyone. They had lots of thoughful details including a "in case you forgot" bin in each bathroom. The outdoor space is adorable and great to visit and enjoy the salty air. My husbands favorite spot was the well stocked outdoor shower. So, whether you are traveling with young or older kiddos, this place is perfect!!
