The perfect place for some peaceful R&R with private beach access! Our beach is never crowded — even in the summer, as we're on a stretch in the middle of the island that's sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). Contemporary décor. Unobstructed ocean views. Private hot outdoor shower. Home is updated on an ongoing basis. Always something new... :) ***Note: Temporarily discounted bc 1 front window is pending repair & outdoor shower is not yet open***

Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is stored there when not in use as in the last pic.

Oceanfront cozy cottage with a total of 3 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms. 3rd bedroom and 3rd full bath are located in the detached studio suite. A total of 3 queen beds. Oceanfront deck with amazing ocean views! Beautiful breathtaking views of the ocean from the kitchen and family room. Steps to the beach! Access to the beach over the sand dunes is a short walk just three houses down at the public beach access crossover. Excellent quiet location on the end of the street.
