Vacation rentals with a hot tub in North Topsail Beach

Amazing short weekend stay! Great location- having the playground and the beach within walking distance was fantastic for the kiddos! Elaine had so many included amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

Great stay, everything was super clean and organized, loved that she put extra toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Felt at home.

Very nice, clean and spacious home! The backyard was awesome! Hot tub, Outdoor TV, fire pit, patio furniture and table with lots of seating, it was very relaxing! The backyard was also fully fenced in..it was perfect for our small child and pet! Dollar general across the street was very convenient along with several restaurants within walking distance. Our family loved this home and would consider staying in the future!

Very nice home with nice furniture and all the basics you need for the week. Very friendly host staff. Super easy to get to the beach with small walkway right across the street.

Amazing stay we came for my son birthday and had an amazing time at the beach and a beautiful home right near the beach, only downside the pool was closed but other than that everything was perfect.

We had the best time at Alisa’s house! It was perfect with everything we needed! So close to downtown! 10/10 recommend! We can’t wait to come back!
