Vacation rentals with an EV charger in North Topsail Beach

We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

We enjoyed our stay and would return if we’re back in Surf City anytime soon. The location was ideal, only a short walk from the beach. The space was clean and comfortable as well.

This was a last minute booking and I couldn’t have asked for a better place! The layout is so thoughtful and the little details were well received! I adored that there were kcups and cream and sugar in the home.

This was, hands down, one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The space was spotless, beautifully styled, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel like home (or better!). From the super comfy bed to the little touches like fresh coffee and local recommendations, everything was perfect. Brian was outstanding! Friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. The location was ideal: peaceful, yet just minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. We left feeling completely relaxed and already dreaming about our next visit. If you’re considering booking this place, do it. You won’t regret it.

The home was beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean! Even smelled great LOL. Beds were very comfortable, and there were tons of available amenities from Hair dryers to air purifiers, extra blankets, kitchen supplies and utensils, shower consumables... they really thought of everything. Even found scotch tape and scissors in a drawer when I needed them! Highly recommend.

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. The location along the canal was so quiet and peaceful. We used the paddle boards and kayaks, and spent so much time outside at the the dock in the evenings. Our kids enjoyed fishing. We rented the golf cart for the week which made trips to the beach quick and easy. The house was very well stocked with paper products, condiments, and basic cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything Mindy!

The host was very responsive and was willing to help us out with anything that we needed. The pictures truly don’t do the location justice. everything worked as expected, and the host has truly thought of everything that might be needed at this type of location. The elevator and hot tub were amazing amenities to have after a long day at the beach. Multiple families could easily enjoy this location due to size of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and spacious interior. an average adult with their arms full of beach gear could probably make the walk to the beach in no more than one minute. The local pirate restaurant, literally next driveway, was one of our favorite local spots for food solely due to their amazing customer service. We look forward to staying at this location again in the future.

From the moment we arrived, Shawn’s home felt like more than just a stay, it was a tranquil experience shaped by a host who was patient, kind, and always available. Shawn’s communication was impeccable, and every detail in the home reflected thoughtful care. The house is tucked beautifully between the beach and a river, surrounded by adventure and serenity. Whether you’re tours, or simply want to enjoy the charm of nearby ice cream shops there’s something for everyone. Inside, everything was clean and inviting, plush white towels, TVs in every room, card games, and fully stocked kitchen essentials. What stood out most was the small gesture that meant so much: a brand new sponge and soap at the sink, showing how well the home is cared for. We enjoyed grilling outdoors, floating in the heated pool with our kids, and relaxing on the multi-level outdoor seating. It was peaceful, accommodating, and perfect for both fun and rest. Perfect location, I don’t think it gets better than this! We caught a snag with a parking issue, but Warren went above and beyond to make it right! We will definitely visit again.

The location was great for a family of four as we like the south side of the island - two blocks from Oceanic and the public intercoastal access was right across the street which was great for our dog. The patio was a bonus as we cooked out a few nights and the interior was new and modern. We would book again. Thx

Mira-Mar's pla e was just as described. Beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset's. Easy access to the pool and out to the ocean. I really liked the locked unit, it made it feel a little more safe and the parking was nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
