Kevin and Rachel are fantastic hosts. Very communicative and proactive in making sure you have a great stay. The unit was clean, spacious enough for my group (five people) and had the best view on True Blue I’ve had had so far. Would definitely rebook with them!

Rebecca has been so thoughtful when outfitting this home. You forgot something? Don’t worry Rebecca probably has it at the home for you. It was comfortable, clean, and convenient. It’s the perfect jumping point to see the area. Close to Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Pawley’s Island, and multiple parks. There are great restaurants and shopping close by too. Overall this was an awesome experience.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Live Oak Lodge. The landscapes were absolutely stunning, Kevin was kind, easy to work with, and flexible. The home had all that we needed and much more. I can't think of a more beautiful and fun place to spend the weekend. Thanks Kevin, for helping us to make some wonderful memories during our weekend on the river at Live Oak Lodge.

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Penny’s Place. They made us feel right at home. Absolutely loved the neighborhood and walked every morning and evening. We took advantage of most of what Penny recommended. The PIT had the best pizza we’ve ever eaten and the band was amazing! And we took a boat tour to Shell Island. Learned a lot of history on the boat ride and found some cool shells.
